They have marched down city streets and the interstates to disrupt traffic, they arrest and then release without charges or just send them away. From what I have seen so far it appears as though they are allowing them to do more than the law allows as if they think it will stop further racial lawsuits or accusations but they should realize that it is only making them more bold.
