Anyone know if this place is under new ownership or management? I forget what it was called before, Royal Spa maybe?
My visits there before were just meh. Typical AMP experience with not much enthusiasm. Wonder if its better now.

She was more relaxed when the owner is out.

Yep, the Royal sign hadn't changed when I tried out this "new" place. I seem to have had a much better experience than NTSerious, but it probably depends quite a bit on who you happen to see.
In my case, this was Coco, and I decided afterwards that she deserved a slightly better tip than the usual 40. And no, this wasn't because Coco provided additional services beyond the norm for this place. I simply enjoyed her pleasing attitude, and the quality of the massage that she gave. It may also have helped that I came at a time when they weren't especially busy, so there would have been no pressure on her to get to the next client as quickly as possible.

Noticed this place next to a very good restaurant in the downtown Claremont area, and they are changing pics on the ad constantly, anyone tried this establishment yet?

Did a drive by a week ago. I thought I might check it out. If any one is dining outside at the table abutting the door which amounts to their store front you'll have to excuse yourself as you will likely bump shoulders. I felt very conspicuous with the police station directly across the street. Needless to say I didn't feel comfortable, so I kept on walking.

With the Police Station right down the street, made me feel weary. Going to see what I can get for feed back from them in contact and possibly TOFTT.

I figured fuk it, worst case is I get a decent massage. I liked the place. Clean quiet hot shower. Basic massage. I laid out the 160 and asked her to get naked. All I got was a taste of her nectar and a HJ. It wasn't easy though. No harm, no foul. I'd revisit if I was up there but I would pay less and expect less.

Just curious if the place is clean, and what the workers look like. Does the buzzer outside the door need to be rang to enter?
Anyone have any experience with a HE after a haircut. I've read about experiences online, but wondering if they are legit. Don't know how it would happen with the lack of privacy.
