Question for hobbyist and providers alike.
I have lately been accepting appointment from regular & senior members alike and for the most part have had excellent experiences with all. My question is, what is a reasonable amount of time for a hobbyist to call and cancel an appointment? I have lately been having issues with clients scheduling appointments hours in advance only to have them call within 5-10mins of the appt time to cancel. I understand that at times, there are certain situations where this may be acceptable such in the case of an emergency or etc. I'm just curious as to what the concensus is on this matter. Any opinions / comments regarding this would be great.
