Hit the usual Bragg street area and New Bern area zones today. Drove around and saw usual sjaknks and on Garner Davita again who seems to have become a 24/7 girl. Congratulation Davita.

I ended up picking up the only white girl on Martin. Her name was Nicole. She was 20 years old, heavy, with long reddish hair. She hails from Indiana but claims to bounce back and forth. There must be a lack of reporting, or an underground entity to all this. It is statistically impossible for there to be such a diverse area, with a huge population that has no mongering scene. Where the hell is it in the greater Raleigh area?

I won't bore everyone with the 1st amedment stuff, if you really feel posting to a forum is going to jepordize you, then sobeit, they have truly won. That being said, I was talking more about the lack of anything adult entertainment wise in the whole damn triangle area. No AMPs, no craigslist ads, (worth a shit anyhow) no streetwalkers, no newspaper ads, no nothing! This is a big city and surrounding areas we are talking about here. I could not agree with you further EXCEPT to call Raleigh a major urban area might be stretching it. If you look at my previous posts I am from NJ and Philly was second to none in my book (not that I have sampled every area in the country, far from it, but even Camden had far more (and far better) quality than Raleigh/Durham (I cruise both). I am probably spoiled big time. The Northeast has far more people and thus will have far more addicts/SW'S by virtue of statistics. Anyway, many mongers I fear are "pusswhipped" by LE here because as i cruise I see many middle aged white men with head on springs driving around areas I know they do not belong in, like me. If you look at one of my prior posts here I emplored everyone to stop being pussys and post but even that did not shame or goad anyone to reply to the post itself! What can I say? As I drive around for hours on end and see skank after skank, I keeping hoping to see a semi-hottie appear. if you loo at the archives, apparantly there was ALLOT of action, back in like 04' on back but LE was able to contain and reduce a small cruising area rather easily apparantly. They could no way do that on K in Philly, far too big and far too a SW pool of talent.

Hello all. I’m a new poster, just found this board a few days ago. My post may be just a little long, but postings seem to be light, so I hope I’m not just wasting space.
Gimme sex, you’re last post of your 2 cents is actually worth a dollar! You hit the problem with Raleigh right on the head! I’m not going to try to elaborate too much on what you said because you have summed it up perfectly. I would like to add a couple of things.

You are right about the Philly area. I have three aunts and a host of cousins in Philly, the Germantown area, they all went to MLK high if you know that area, but I spent some time with them during summers and holidays growing up, and they had a nice supply of SW’s. It isn’t even so much about Raleigh not being a major urban area. Raleigh is quite large. If anyone follows demographics, you have seen that Raleigh proper (inside the corporate city limits) has grown past Tampa, Buffalo, Cincinnati, and Pittsburgh, and is fast climbing on St. Louis, Minneapolis, Honolulu, Miami, Oakland, Kansas City, and Cleveland. But the problem is that these cities that have been large for years have high density, with lots of people concentrated in a relatively small area. The new fastest growing cities in the nation, Raleigh, Durham, Atlanta, Vegas, Phoenix, and Tucson to name a few, are poster children for urban sprawl, with all the residents spread out from one side of the city to the other. There are only few small areas with a dense enough population in Raleigh to support sustained SW activity, and like Gimmesex said, LE had no problem allotting resources to limit activity in these areas.

Coupled with the lack of density is the fact that Raleigh, and the Triangle in general has too high of a standard of living. This was pointed out to me as far back as the late 80’s when one of my cousins from Jersey City came down and I took him through our projects. He laughed and told me, “boy, this aint the ghetto, his shit is middle class all day long. As a matter of fact, I’m moving down hereto the good life!”. But lack of a good economy fosters drug use which gives us more SW, and even the occasional hottie who just needs to get a few dollars to make it through the week. That’s why Gastonia, aka. Gas Town, was so hot. With higher unemployment and the sting from the factories that left, there were more girls needing money. I was there a few times back in the summer of ’04, and for a city 1/6 the size of Raleigh, there were easily twice as many girls out. I heard that LE has cut that down now.
So, as you can see, unless Raleigh falls off as a permanent resident of the nations best economies and “Best of” lists, the SW walker scene is not going to change. I have been cruising since I moved back to Raleigh in 2001. I usually get to make two trips a month on a slow month, and maybe one trip every two or three months when I’m busy. Out of all those years and trips, I have only found four worth picking up in the usual areas. One back in ’02 named Anna. Tall, slender, cute, timid, and seemed like she was new to the trade. I like Wake Forest Rd, Capital, and Glenwood, but you never know. I’ve got luck in Garner near the hotels on 70 and even in Cary a few times, off Walnut once, and Chatham St. Now that’s the jackpot fellas. When you run into the little cute ass blonde who is hanging out at the convenience store phone booth because the guy she only knew for a couple of months, talked her into moving from her home in Boone to Cary where he could get some construction work, has turned out to be an ass, and put her out after one of his drunk rampages, and now she is begging for enough money to get a hotel for the night. I put her up at the Motel 6 for a whole week, and I came over and knocked her down after work everyday and even brought one of my best friends over a couple of times. She was so nice that he even broke down and bought her a bus ticket back home. That turned into a funny situation, because she kept my number and called me a few times she needed help and we wired her a little money, then went up there a couple of times to “get repayment”. She hooked us up with a friend of hers that was down on their luck too.

That my friends, is why I cruise now.

That was another criticism of some Durham posters, NOT DETAILED ENOUGH! Further to your post, and I hope we do not flame one another over it, I totally agree that Raleigh is sprawling but when I was in Tamp and St Pete FL this past december I rented a car and cruised for about 2 days and unless it was just bad timing, the SW activity was as lame as Raleigh, some points even more. Not 1 SW for hours on end, not even a skank. As far as Philly, most SW'S are concentrated on K (which is a huge 2 mile stroll) but many come in on the EL from surrounding towns so as I believe and stated, sheer population count and stats has that area full. But by God, there are soooo mant young ones it is unreal! Plus, added to my personal observation (hope I am not insulting your relatives) a huge part of Philly is a white trash dump....I mean a HUGE land area is bad. Block after block is an outright ghetto or borderline.

So if a person lived in Raleigh and as you state the action is dead, then where would you suggest? If you had to pick any location within a 4 hour drive, where would that be and why?

You all have made a newbie feel welcome. First, I have to agree with you Gimmesex, about Philly being a dump. I mean, Personally I love urban areas, and everyone needs to experience a real urban area, but after a couple of weeks, I was always glad to get home to the good old north state. Anyway, I’ll put more detail in my postings from now on, nothing like some good detail.

Hello GettinTang. Let me see if I can try to answer your question. Luckily a few of my friends enjoy the hunt also, and have dropped a few places that they have seemed to have some luck. But first, If you didn’t want to leave Raleigh, there are a few girls out at any given time. It’s just that there are so few, it takes too long to drive for hours on end until you find one. And I think the demand outweighs the supply here in Raleigh. You can see that by how many other mongers are out the same time you are. It’s funny how we can usually identify someone else driving around and we know they are looking for the same thing we are, whether they be black, white, or Hispanic. But if you have enough time, and you are not picky that day, if you keep driving you will eventually find something.

The only places I’ve had a chance to ride out side of Raleigh within a 4 hour radius, has been Durham, Greensboro, Charlotte, Gastonia, and Fayetteville. All these places have more out than Raleigh, but not really so much more that I would make a special trip there other than Durham. Each has it’s own unique character about the SW’s. Durham has some of the ugliest SW there are. It would be a challenge to even get it up. The funny thing also is that everyone knows someone selling it, but you have to go to their house. Obviously they are too lazy to actually get out and walk! Greensboro SW seem to hang around the hotels. They seem to cater more to the out-of-towner. They love the Motel 6, but every time I have stayed there, I was meeting up with someone and Greensboro was the halfway point for both of us, so I didn’t get to explore much. Fayetteville has too many trannies. My friend and my cousin use to cruise down their, but usually just ended up at a strip club or Korea jack house because we had a couple of bad experiences where we found out the SW was a dude or tranny after we stopped to talk. You would think the Nam would be off the hook with all the girls from all over the country that somehow ended up in Fayetteville thru boyfriends, exes, etc. But they seem to avoid the streets and hang at the clubs. A few drinks can get you home with one. Like I said in my other post, Gastown use to be good, but a friend that still lives down there says that is over with. The bright side according to him is they come cheap at some of their sleazy strip clubs. Charlotte is my favorite. You find them in the most unlikely places. He likes native American Indians and says they are plentiful down there. Not many SW outside of Lumberton tho, but he says they will come to you. Just get a hotel and get out and around. I’ve heard spotty reports about Wilson and Greenville, but I wouldn’t make a trip out of my way to find out. I have never considered the Wilmington area, but I bet if they were, there would be some nice ones!

Well this post was a little long again and it’s late. Tomorrow I will post my favorite spots off the beaten path in Raleigh. I used to be selfish and not tell anyone, but hey, if business increases, maybe the amount to choose from will increase also. But all this is actually how fast you drive. If you can get to ATL in 4 hours, then I guess that would win. I've been to ATL three times, but never did any mongering, so I can't advise. You can also get to DC in 4 hours, but another area I'm not familiar with.

I mean, Personally I love urban areas, and everyone needs to experience a real urban area, but after a couple of weeks, I was always glad to get home to the good old north state. Hello GettinTang. Let me see if I can try to answer your question. Luckily a few of my friends enjoy the hunt also, and have dropped a few places that they have seemed to have some luck. But first, If you didn’t want to leave Raleigh, there are a few girls out at any given time. It’s just that there are so few, it takes too long to drive for hours on end until you find one. And I think the demand outweighs the supply here in Raleigh. You can see that by how many other mongers are out the same time you are. It’s funny how we can usually identify someone else driving around and we know they are looking for the same thing we are, whether they be black, white, or Hispanic. But if you have enough time, and you are not picky that day, if you keep driving you will eventually find something.

The only places I’ve had a chance to ride out side of Raleigh within a 4 hour radius, has been Durham, Greensboro, Charlotte, Gastonia, and Fayetteville. All these places have more out than Raleigh, but not really so much more that I would make a special trip there other than Durham. Each has it’s own unique character about the SW’s. Durham has some of the ugliest SW there are. It would be a challenge to even get it up. The funny thing also is that everyone knows someone selling it, but you have to go to their house. Obviously they are too lazy to actually get out and walk! Greensboro SW seem to hang around the hotels. They seem to cater more to the out-of-towner. They love the Motel 6, but every time I have stayed there, I was meeting up with someone and Greensboro was the halfway point for both of us, so I didn’t get to explore much. Fayetteville has too many trannies. My friend and my cousin use to cruise down their, but usually just ended up at a strip club or Korea jack house because we had a couple of bad experiences where we found out the SW was a dude or tranny after we stopped to talk. You would think the Nam would be off the hook with all the girls from all over the country that somehow ended up in Fayetteville thru boyfriends, exes, etc. But they seem to avoid the streets and hang at the clubs. A few drinks can get you home with one. Like I said in my other post, Gastown use to be good, but a friend that still lives down there says that is over with. The bright side according to him is they come cheap at some of their sleazy strip clubs. Charlotte is my favorite. You find them in the most unlikely places. I was meeting someone else at the Howard Johnson by the airport a couple of years ago, and she had to leave early that night. I had the room for over another whole day alone. I did not even make it to the damn car, when one spotted me across the yard. I went back to the room and left the door open, and after she walked by a couple of times, I struck up a conversation with her. She was only $27 (That was all the cash I had) for cbj, cg, mish, doggie, and I came on her stomach. She was pretty good, thick, nice thighs, a nappy ass head, but had a nice smooth complexion. The next afternoon I went riding. CLT is hit and moss too, but found one at a bus stop off Independence. She was early 20’s, white, brown hair, nice little booty, and doing that thing where she was near the bus stop, but not quite at it. You all know what I’m talking about. About 10’ away from the sign, so if LE asked, she could say she was waiting for the bus, but far enough away that a good monger would know the deal. I picked her up, and she said her name was Suzette, the next thing out her mouth was, am I a cop. I told her to lift her shirt and reached over and squeezed her tit. She said that didn’t prove anything, and she reached and unzipped my pants and grab me. After I didn’t object, she asked me what was I trying to do. I told her I had a motel room, but she said that was too far. She had me park and I got a $20 cbj. She did offer bbbj, but I always have a cover with me.

Now to better answer your question, here is what my boys have told me. They never went in much detail, other than the amount out. I have a friend that lives in the triad now, and he used to work an off shift at Thomas Built busses. He was telling me one day, that when ever they got off of work, they could see them across the street working. He said he took one trip over there and had a bbbj one time. I do not know this area, but I’m sure it can be found on mapquest. Might be one place to start. I also have a some friends in Johnston county. They say that the truck stops in Kenly used to be hot years ago, but it’s a waste now. They told me Smithfield is pretty good for no larger than it is, and Selma occasionally. He also likes hitting the poorer counties also. Like Robeson and towns like Lumberton and Roland. He says that they are so poor, if you ever get with one, then you eventually have all their friends. He likes native American Indians and says they are plentiful down there. Not many SW outside of Lumberton tho, but he says they will come to you. Just get a hotel and get out and around. I’ve heard spotty reports about Wilson and Greenville, but I wouldn’t make a trip out of my way to find out. I have never considered the Wilmington area, but I bet if they were, there would be some nice ones!

Well this post was a little long again and it’s late. Tomorrow I will post my favorite spots off the beaten path in Raleigh. I used to be selfish and not tell anyone, but hey, if business increases, maybe the amount to choose from will increase also. But all this is actually how fast you drive. If you can get to ATL in 4 hours, then I guess that would win. I've been to ATL three times, but never did any mongering, so I can't advise. Once again a great post! I'm curious though if the mentioned areas at the bottom of your post are really mongering hot spots. I did some google searches on these areas and there surly seems to be lots of meth labs and addicts in these areas. So the likelyhood is that the receipe for prostitutes is there. But I would doubt you could just show up, rent a hotel and they would come. I don't doubt your friend's report, but he may really know these areas and know how to work them. There are lots of smaller rural areas, where if you know someone, who knows someone, you can find a nice early 20 something addicted to meth, who will trade sex for her meth money. These girls tend to stay with who and what they know and generally do not fully cross over to street walking or advertising themselves a hookers.

If it is true, then your report is worthy of an investigational trip. I mean most of the counties or towns you mention such as Selma, Smithfield, etc, are only 30-40 minutes from Raliegh. Not bad if they truly pan out. It might be worthwhile for someone to take a weekend drive down that way, rent a hotel and see what happens?

In many, many poorer, drug infested rural areas, there are dates and tricks galore to be found, but you have to have an inside track. That has always been the problem.
