Yeah, you need help all right hahahaha. Hopefully somebody else will pitch in [no pun intended] with a course or two in Vegas proper, the two I know are 30 and 60 minute drives, but, to me, well worth it. Boulder Creek, the old course, is under $50. Good conditioning, new carts, fairly unpunishing course, great friendly staff. In Boulder City. An hour away, in Pahrump, is the new Mountain Falls course. Haven't played it yet, hit their range Saturday. Around $55, $30 after noon, including cart. New course, outstanding conditioning, back nine [if I recall correctly] can be punishing. Some construction activity is a bit distracting, but only on the 1st and 10th tees.

Plus, just to keep in the spirit of the forum, it's only a ten minute drive from there to Sheri's Ranch! Even if you don't monger there, it's a super bar for a beer after a round!

PM me for one other option if you are interested, a discount last minute tee time company, I'd rather not post their details here...

After looking up the definition of "mauve" I'm pretty sure I just saw the newly famous "sixty bucks, you'll like it" girl from that Review-Journal article working the corner in front of the Seven-Eleven at Fremont and LV Blvd at 2:45pm this (Tuesday) afternoon. I thought sixty sounded high for downtown, but she's kind of fresh faced and has really nice legs. Doesn’t look or act like a tweaker at all. I've been hitting several Vegas AMPs and for a moment I thought it was a waste of time. Tonight I went to one on the corner of Sahara and Detour (on the second floor). You've had bad luck. Almost all of the AMPs on Sahara offer a happy ending. But I concur that the place on the SW corner of Decatur and Sahara does not.

Has anyone been to the new Steve Wyn place yet. I image it has given that end of the strip a more high end draw, but I haven't heard anything. I hear there a some high minimum for some of the tables. Also I've been checking a lot of site lately to get a grip on the Vegas scene. Is there a general consensus on what the best "bang for the buck" is where fs is concerned. It seems like for the prices quoted here that you could pay about the same ($$$-$$$$) and get a sure good time with and idie. Then again you don't get the excitement of the unknow!

I am in town this week staying at the mandalay bay, and i have had no luck finding any CW's. I walked around at 2am last night and Midnight on Sat and didnt see anything. Am i looking in the wrong spot or times? Maybe its just the Mandalay.

Anyone have any other suggestions ? Should i take a tram to excalibur and look on the walkways?

We had a party in the suite and called an escort service. We told the escort service what type of girls we were looking to get up there.

Its $ 100 per girl to get the 3 girls there. Then we paid around $ 300 per girl for doing stripper dances and lap dances.

We agreed up front what to pay them after they got there instead of having guys throw money. Then those that wanted it, could pay the girls for extras in the bed room.

Overall, I think this was alot better than wasting time and money in a strip club, and not get what you wanted in the 1st place.

i saw a lot of tables that had one-thousand dollar minimum bet signs posted.

the working girl i chatted with at the bar near the race and sports book also wanted to post a one thousand dollar minimum, but was probably more negotiable than the tables. she was bored and pissed off becuase she'd been carded twice already by security. said they thought she could be ****. she was twenty-eight and looked older than some of the security guys. no doubt she was actually carded becuase of the painted-on outfit she was wearing that screamed "rent me."

i was amazed that there were also quite a few ridiculously obvious pimps and pimp wannabes floating around hassling the working ladies. memo to casino security: attractive young women are good for business, packs of stupid young men in suede leisure suits with six fake gold chains and feathered hats are bad for business; ladies good, pimps bad, got it?

by the way, it took me more than a few minutes to figure out that the good looking young vixens wearing simple but elegantly sexy black dresses are actually employed by the casino in some kind of hostess role to give directions and make guests feel welcome. they appear well equipped for the task, but i'm glad i didn't embarrass myself by making one of them another kind of offer before i learned the score on the nature of their employment.

to find something nice to say, self parking was a lot easier than i thought it would be, and appeared to be a better arrangement than most of the big resorts' garages.

Thanks[/QUOTE]Yes, it is no doubt just a temporary drought at the Mandalay. The CW I just mentioned in my post about the new Wynn resort said she usually goes to the Mandalay Bay.

Your proposed solutions are sensible and likely to be productive in my opinion: a tram to another major casino, and patrol the walkways. I've almost never found the walkways short staffed for working ladies.

Henderson targets 'massage studios'

Prostitution arrests close stand-alone parlors

Be they legitimate businesses or dens of prostitution, stand-alone massage parlors appear to be on the way out in Henderson.

City Council members on Tuesday gave preliminary approval to an ordinance that prohibits establishment of so-called "massage studios" where giving massages is the primary use of the business.

The ordinance is slated to come back to the council for a final vote on May 17.

The measure was proposed after citations were issued for illegal sexual activity at all but two of Henderson's six stand-alone massage parlors, a city staff report said.

The ordinance states that "owners of several massage establishments have conducted business in an unlawful, improper or irregular manner in that each has continued to utilize massage therapists who solicited and/or committed acts of prostitution."
