There is no consistent definition for "light screening" -- ask 10 girls you'll get 10 different requirements.

For some though, "light" (or even stating just plain "screening") may equal "no" or "flexible. " Some really do screen. Some don't or don't if they are broke or don't if you sound normal on the phone. The best thing to do is call & tell them when you'd like to see them. You'll be surprised how many of those "screening required" gals just go ahead and book an appointment with you.

Know what info you're comfortable giving up, if any, and proceed accordingly. Just remember, she sure as hell isn't telling you her real name or employer's name and contact info.
