I stopped by Hula Girl last night at around 11pm, I've been there before and had bad service so this experience is my fault, should have went somewhere else. The place looks exactly the same, small rooms with a small fan, sliding doors with no real lock, old mattress on the floor and dirty feeling carpet. This place needs to be shut down or moved to another location. The condition of the place should have been enough to turn me away.
