Personally, I'd never pay more than that for the AVERAGE streetwalker. Poke county is particularly creative in their law enforcement techniques and careful that the charges ensuing from the use of those techniques will not get thrown out. In other words, the Polk county sheriff does not want to waste his deputies' time and effort if it will not result in a conviction. The best solution is to not commit any crime in his jurisdiction. It is an unnecessary risk.
