Met Martha today a 25 yo half Cuban half Puerto Rican can be found in the Chevron vicinity. When she got in the car she started speaking Spanish luckily I speak fluent Spanish so we were able to work it out to $30 for FS in the car. One of the top monger rules is NEVER EVER PAY IN ADVANCE, regardless what drastic or dramatic her excuses are. Don't let the small head makes decisions for you.

Very simple, I always drive them away from their comfort zone, meaning I drive away as far as I possibly can with her complaining and asking me were we are going. This is before giving her one cent.

Worst case scenario show them the papers and hold it until the final moment, if not, take them back and I guaranteed you 90% will exchange their minds before the car door is open and exit with 0 cents.
