I think we are reaching a tipping point with Follies. What else will take over. I am for Oasis and maybe Flashers.

Was at Pleasers yesterday afternoon 2.00 cover this was about 2 PM. Received some dances from a big butted girl do not remember her name after 4 dances good contact but no stick shifting she charged 40.00. I told her I thought dances were 5.00 her reply was table dances were 5 and lap was 10 this was at the bar on a stool. Another dancer came up spinner type named Tokyo I got 1 table dance from her no contact at all she stayed probably 2 feet away all the time. The first dancer did not ask what kind of dance I wanted. So heads up be sure of what you are getting before the girl starts dancing cause if you think you are gitting 5 dollar dances but they are 10 it could get bad if you don't have enough money.

The management at Purple Rain had to close after they were caught serving alcohol to minors. Barnacle's is closed for the time being as they were having problems with their water and they may remodel. It's possible they may not reopen at all and just become something else. Also, Gwinnett Place Mall is going to close eventually, be demolished, and condos or something will be built there to replace it. Can't see Gwinnett allowing a strip club there, especially since Johns Creek is right next to that area and we all know what is going on there right now.

The only black club I know that does that. It is definitely BS because even the sign outside advertises for $5 and they don't tell you until they are done that the dances are $10? BS! I try to stick with my regulars in that clubs. And what's the difference between a table and lap dance? Whatever they want it mean! I have had some girls dance good for $5 and great for $10 (I.e. They put willy between the cheeks). If it means no contact for $5 and some contact for $10, again that is BS!! I have noticed that dayshift will usually give you the after-dance upsell hustle; the nightshift will normally at least let you know upfront (if they bother upselling at all).

Besides they'll at least weed out those who just want to go in a sit. Up until recently I lived close to there and would just make it a habit to drive by late at night on the weekends on my way to or from where I was going and the lines were almost always crazy and going around the building so the demand is off the charts. They've just become a bit too popular for such a small venue. Also people are now treating Follies like a regular night club on the weekends which is why it's common place now to see groups of women going there too.

The local po was ok with letting it run as some times believe it not you would see a public official in there. They had to shut it down when a handful up morons started dealing crack in the parking lot. I wasnt around for Danny's but wish I had been.

Another (Tattletales) fell prey to a serial killer (car broke down, walking along a Florida highway, picked up). One WAS shot by a jealous boyfriend, and another beaten to death by one (both Cheetah girls). Another was gunned down in a driveby, which I guess is really more manslaughter than murder.

No customers or pimps, interestingly enough, even though the former is considered the primary threat to a dancer's safety (as seen by the arcane procedures for sending girls home after a shift).

Basically this place wants you to spend at least $70 just to get in. LMAO! Come on... You can't be serious. I really love Atlanta but this is one thing I really can't stand about the place. They have made strip clubs such a part of the popular culture there that people are willing to spend damn near $100 just to get in. LOL! After 20 min I decided to just walk my ass on back across the street. I figured if there are folks in here willing to pay that kinda money for this place then it's probably not a good place for a monger like myself. I mean these places are so much about flash and showing other people (often times other men) what they are wlling to spend. It's like butt naked women comes second to showing money. This mentality is ridiculous.

So after that complete waste of time I decided to drive to Babes, which I figured would be the exact opposite. Well I was pretty close to right. Drove like 25 min to Babes. $5 parking, $8 admission. No line. I'm cool with that. Place was def ghetto as hell which I don't mind at all as long as they have the talent. Talent wasn't what I'd call great but there were a few lookers in there. They close at 3 so I really didn't have a lot of time to really check the place out. There appears to be a new VIP area / room under construction. Lots of smoke which I don't like. I'd say 2-3 girls that I would spend money on. Dances were $5 a song which is good. So not great but not too bad. One thing that did piss me off was the constant begging for money from the dancers. On more than one occassion the DJ let a dancer get on the mic and basically cuss out the crowd for not tipping enough on stage, especially during some stupid shit they call the birthday set. Me personally I never tip on stage. I never throw money in the air. If she's not rubbing her phat ass on me she's's not getting a dime out of me. Atlanta seems to be into that stage / throw money in the air scene as I stated earlier. No thanks. I definitely got the feeling that take out was available. One chick offered to meet me back at my hotel. I passed. She just wasn't attractive enough for me to even bother.

All is all I'd say I probably would not return to Babes at night. Daytime seems like it would be a better look. As for Follies I will probably never go back there on night shift. Their pricing set up is just blatant eye gouging. I've heard really good things about the talent so I guess the key is showing up there in the early evening. Late enough that the black dancers with PHAT ASSES (hopefully they have some) are there but before the place turns into a stupid hollywood / red carpet scene outside.

One thing that is indicative of the Atlanta Strip club scene is the way these spots have been turned into complete hollywood scenes. Kinda like Follies was when I was there. That's not the first time I've seen that there. I remember the same crap happening at Pinups a few years ago. People will actually stand in these damn lines as if this is not a damn strip club. I think Atlanta is the only city I've been to where they have strip clubs that will hold a line outside. And then charge people more to cut the line. To be fair, the trend is happening everywhere but I've noticed it most here. This move toward making strip clubs more like a damn club in vegas and less like a hangout for dirtbag mongers like me is really annoying. But hey, what can you do...

Afer all I have heard of this place I thought I would just have to try it out. I decided to go down there on a week afternoon so I would feel safe (maybe). I thought I would try some "for colored girls who consider sctach the snatch when 5 dollars and the rainbow is enough". I actually felt very safe and found while it was hole and the wall it wasn't as bad as some say it was (don't get me wrong it wan't very good either). I was the only customer and their were 3 "dancers". Two were plain and one was average though not bad. Precious came and talked to me. She told me it was 25 dollars for the VIP room and 10 dollars for the corner. She would do me for 100 dollars in either place. I did a 5 dollars table dance while she applied gentle persuasion on Old Eagle. Finally I agreed and we went into the corner.

The corner was only a stool and I could see everything in the club so I supposed any one could see us. But She removed afore mentioned "Old Eagle" and we proceded to go at it. She seemed quite bored through the whole thing and it seemed hard to fit my little white dick in where it was supposed to go. But I finally got off. We finished talking about the girls at Roosters where she worked before and mentioned Jade, TC, Summer, Belle and others. The sign outside said there was a two drink minimum and that it would be enforced. But I snuck out with only a half a drink consumed.

All in all it was not particularly erotic and I will not repeat. But, I do recommend it as a once in a life time expereince.

By the guys account, I can tell he went during dayshift. Dayshift and nightshift ops, just like any other club, are completely different. And Foxy is not an afterhours club. Actually, they may even close early, if there aren't any patrons.

"Out in the open" in Foxy during dayshift on a weekday, well, there is literally no one to see you. There is generally 1 person acting as security, who mostly stays outside. Then there's the DJ in his cubby hole at the other end of room from where the corner is. The bar is on the same side of room where the corner is and also on the other side and behind. It is attended by 1 bartender / manager and she couldn't see you if she wanted to from that vantage point (and she doesn't care anyway). They know what people are doing in the corner, that's why they charge to go there. And he was the only patron at the time. Oh, and the corner area is the dimmest place in the club, other than the actual VIP. On the rare occasion on the dayshift where there may be a "crowd", the dancer is a little more discrete, but still doing the deed.

Nightshift is ran by a dude and he doesn't allow anyone in the corner (not anymore). He forces you to use VIP and will charge $40, unless he knows you. So, no, it's not an "anything" goes out in the open, wherever you are, type of club.

Oasis Goodtime Emporium is good place to chill with friends. As a strip club, it is too tame. One of my buddies calls this place "the Cheers of Strip Clubs". He is right about that.

Strippers. The main reason we come and they are an eclectic group of young / old white / black / Asian. Mostly 5-6's with couple of 8-9's that it is hard to get time with. The 5-6's are running around asking want to dance. We got several dances which were OK. Our main pet peeve is all the dances tend to be air dances. Damn this is Atlanta and we expect more! VIP is available too.

Customers. The customers tend to be white males (like us) but quiet a few couples and single lesbian groups. A group of fines looking twenty-ish girls were sitting at the next table dressed to thrill. Good eye candy and they looked finer than the strippers. The night manager chatted with them and hopefully they will be dancing here soon.

Club. The club is in good shape with three stages. During our visit it was busy enough to have all three stages working with the normal three song rotation. The ceiling is high with good ventilation so it does not get too smokey, versus clubs like Follies where you need to wash the smoke out of your clothes after visiting. Oasis Goodtime Emporium has two bars to sit at, with bunch of low tables in the middle, and about ten coveted high top tables around the edges. We got a high top and this is the preferred seating there. The music is loud but not so loud that you could chat. The drinks are your normal $5 for domestic beer and the food is amazingly good.

Oasis Goodtime Emporium is worth a visit if you like eye candy and air dances. Great place to meet friends. For more serious action try Follies.

Every now and then I visit a strip club on Atlanta and I've seen this chick in a few places. And an ass like that STANDS OUT to me. Back when the old theéjà vu was up and running I saw her there. I also saw her at the brazillian. I know her main stomping grounds is club wax (from what she told me). But what I want to know is has anybody hit that. Honestly. Everytime I seen her she quoteded me a high price that was out my range but she's still on my hit list. I just need some insight before I take the plunge haha.

Popped in Follies over the weekend. First visit in a while. Last few have not been very exciting. Quality of the girls that I like seem to be going down. I prefer white, slim to medium build and boobs a plus.

She came by and we chatted for a minute and realized she had been a brunette and had danced for me before. I have a no VIP policy, just there for dances, chat and fun (plus a couple beers) but this one almost got me there. I got a few dances from her and said all the right things to convince me she was a player. I just have no desire to play in a VIP when you can get better GFE for same $ or less and limit GPS.

She gave me her number and said she would meet outside but only after a VIP. Big head says TGTBT, but little head wants out! She said price is $150 and $52 goes to the house which I know is right.

How long is standard VIP and how much privacy is there? I assume none!

The "let's do VIP first so I can trust you and then we'll do OTC" is an ancient, classic scam to get you into VIP; I promise the girl has no intention of seeing you outside the club. The way to get OTC is to be a big spender in general, so they're motivated to keep you happy (and coming back).

Saw a lot of new girls and was surprised of all the available seats, I used to have trouble finding a spot, even when I left I don't think it was full. Some security guy was making the rounds big time, what the deal with that? Some snow bunny was talking about fun in VIP but how was that possible with this guy taking all these laps? I'm talking he was making the rounds more than the dancers. I think we are all spoiled. Atlanta strip clubs are among the best and affordable strip clubs in the world today. The other top places I have seen at in Montreal, Bangkok, Philippines, Macau, Australia and Moscow. I don't mean clubs for getting extras. I mean top quality clubs like the Cheetah, Pink Pony, Tattletale, Oasis and Mardi Gras.
