Maybe 5 new girls per forum, but when you consider CL had maybe 100 ads per day per city you have to wonder where the girls are advertising. BP activity is up maybe 10 a day.

There is a big market for Jackson if he wants to charge for provider ads here. If he could capture 50% of CL volume, at a modest $10 per day x 50 ads he could get $500 per major market (e.g. Tampa/St Pete/Orlando would be 1 major market) x 20 major markets in USA =$10,000 per day. The big question is does he want to go corporate, have to wear a suit and tie to work and answer to a Board of Erectors???

Maybe he can move the site to the USA and get some stimulus money? Hahaha!

As long as this is just a discussion forum based on our previous expierences, I don`t beleive any laws are being broken. The problem would be with providers who post ads on here. The same law applies to drug users. Craigslist could have a discussion forum for them where they could talk about all their expierences / problems. No laws broken there. The problem arises with other people who post ads on there advertising how they can help you with all your stress for a nominal fee. You can`t be arresred for talking about going to a massage parlor and paying for extras. Anything illegal you admit to doing the police must by law be able to prove what you are saying is true. This can only be accomplished by going to the provider and verifying your story. We all know these girls will not do that. It`s also a lot of trouble for just a misdemeanor offense. What you do accomplish by being very specific in your posts is bringing a lot of attention to your provider. Law enforcement does read these posts from time to time. They look at what you said, then try to send a undercover cop in there. That is why I never mention my favorite place in my posts. I try and keep them way off the radar. After the table shower and massage, the girl just moved onto providing extras without saying a word. Never asked for any money, never offered to provide any extras for more money. Any laws broken ? Now before you all jump on me and tell me the judge is not stupid and knows what really happened, just remember this. Speed, I hate to tell you but I could poke so many holes in that comment there would be about a half dozen individual letters left. There are so many exceptions to the exclusionary rule you discuss that it is near meaningless. Although a recent decision by SCOTUS (Supreme Court of the United States) has restored some protection.

I do not want to take 9 pages here correcting and explaining. Suffice it to say that the general tone is somewhat correct but as in all things, the details are what matter. (SPECIFIC COMMENTS ADDED)

Sorry Nemo.............but I disagree and I can prove it. In 2005 a small girl in Hernando County ( Jessica Lunsford )was kidnapped from her home, raped, and then buried alive. The prime suspect ( not going to mention the douche bags name ) was being questioned by police. During questioning, he asked for a lawyer. At this point, the police can NOT ask anymore questions until the suspects lawyer arrives. In this case..the police kept asking question and the dick head even confessed to the killing. The suspects lawyer was SUCCESSFUL in getting a confession and other comments thrown out. Why ?........Because the police kept asking questions AFTER the bastard asked for a lawyer. Thankfully, there was enough other incriminating evidence against this pervert that he was convicted, and sentenced to die.
As for the search warrant: the police can NOT enter anyones home they consider a suspect and begin looking for evidence without the warrant...anything they find is inadmissable. The exception to this is if they come to your home to ask you some questions for their investigation and during this investigation they see something that is out in the open that matches what they are looking for ( gun, bloody knife, personal belongings of the victim, etc.)....that can be admitted into evidence. But without that warrant they can not just enter your home and do what they want. Same goes for tapping your phone. Without a warrant signed by a judge, anything said on wiretaps is inadmissable. My uncle was a federal judge before he passed away. You can also find this legal info in any TV show about crime. NYPD Blue, Perry Mason, LA Law,, Hill St Blues, etc...........just pick one.

As for taking 200 kisses/roses, hugs, etc....to a CL girl, 200 was just a number I threw in there. I did not mean for that to be interepeted as the price I would pay. The emphasis was on the hugs/roses, etc...
As for the warrant.............you just repeated what I said in my previous post. If the police believe Mr Jones committed a murder, they can`t just go to his house and search it without getting a warrant first.
Finally, I do not get my legal knowledge from TV. My point was all those legal shows have a lawyer on the payroll who they use as reference for the laws in this country so their show is as real as possible. Same way the medical shows have a doctor on the payroll.

The woman who posts an ad for "Hot Blonde Exotic Maid" was on TV the other day when the newsy's were talking about the Craigslist closing of the erotic ads section. I think that it was FOX13, but not sure.

Anyway, this woman looks nothing like the picture. Maybe face wise, but she's gained about 100 pounds since that picture was taken. I don't think that I want to look at that cleaning my house in the nude.

Don`t take my word for it........just look at the closing credits. I have seen M*A*S*H so many times I know that the medical consultant is Walter Dishell, M.D. Do you honestly think a TV writer has enough of a medical background to be able to talk about it and make it seem real?
