Was rather surprised to see what ShyKnox had written, especially since NOTHING I wrote was directed at him. BisexualBookworm is my moniker on this and other boards, as well as one of my email addresses, and is a component of who I am yet does not define me as a person.
Guys, we each have our preferences and predilections that are a component of who we are, but not WHAT we are. I was (and still am) very grateful for Gentleman Caller West Knox's comments regarding ShyKnox, his post, and WK's shock regarding ShyKnox's overall attitude. While there were some rude comments initially written by me about ShyKnox, I thought it best, for all concerned, to delete them and address this situation in light of a greater problem in the Gentleman Caller / Lady-Provider community.
While ShyKnox made his comments on a board where anonymity is the rule, instead of the exception, those same comments underscore how JOHNS, not Gentleman Callers, are becoming viewed by the Lady-Providers in this community. What are the differences, you ask? Look at how you treat your Lady-Provider and the answer will become very obvious! How many of you have brought a small gift or token of esteem when visiting your Lady-Provider? How many of you have followed, TO THE LETTER, her rules on what services she will / will not provide? How many of you have offered to help her, should she need you assistance with a non-monetary favor, outside this hobby? How you answer these, and other questions you might think of, determines whether you are a JOHN or a Gentleman Caller!
I now fully understand comments made by several Lady-Providers, who are continually disheartened by the rudeness and disrespect they receive when dealing with JOHNS, as opposed to Gentleman Callers. I also understand why these Lady-Providers want to either leave the business, regularly travel outside the area, or increase their hourly rate (minimizing the rude and disrespectful behavior they have to deal with). If there are those among you who see a Lady-Provider as less than human, and a person to be maltreated, debased and disrespected; then find yourself a female junkie whose ONLY interest is taking whatever rudeness and disrespect you shell out in order to get the $$$ to purchase that next crack rock, Meth, or Oxycotin; whatever their drug of choice.
Many of us were taught that a Gentleman ALWAYS has the interest of his LADY foremost in mind. The same holds true in the relationships between Gentleman Callers and Lady-Providers. Think about it!
