So I had the itch, and decided to call my little hottie from the last street report. No go, as her pre-paid was out of minutes. But she had told me she refilled it frequently, and to keep trying. I do not know what forum you searched but there have been several Garrison reports. I have a half dozen, Kulli has several. This area has not had any reports lately because it barely has a heart beat.
Fox is dead on about 25th street. Years ago 25th was ok when there was action on Greenmount ave. That was a long time ago. Garrison came to life when the Penn ave\North ave\Eutaw Place loop died. Now it seems Garrison ave is being rebuilt. Many homes are being fixed up. This is never good for mongering.
There are always diamonds in the rough thats why I still go back, but lately pickings have been slim.

You'll actually miss more than you hit. There are a lot of fleabags on 25th, but every once in a great while you will stumble on someone that's worth it. The night I described earlier was exceptional. I don't know what was driving the women out that night, but they were hungry. I hope I didn't come off as if 25th is Monger heaven.

I was out looking for a bite to eat this afternoon. I started down b/cb and saw nothing until I was heading out when I saw WSW. She looked pretty good about an 8/10 on civi scale. I thought about swinging back but then 7 cops showed up across the street to break up some non-existent bar fight and I lost sight of her.
