I can see this case going either way. This low end liability case is the type which often settles out of court just to make it go away quickly. On the other hand, what she did was so gross, she doesn't make a very sympathetic plaintiff.

It's Walmart, they wouldn't want this story to turn into major media event especially considering that it all was so gross and no matter whether she wins or loses such publicity wouldn't bod well for Walmart. They've got all the money in the world, I bet in our day and age they'd rather settle then risk it.
Up late watching CSPAN2 (Book TV) and happened upon an author talk by Alison Bass, plugging her book, Getting Screwed: Sex Workers And The Law. Explodes a lot of the false points and exaggerations made by opponents of legalization. Starts with case histories (some from MA and RI) but the audience Q+A (roughly the 2nd half) is probably the better part. If you're interested, they usually re-run these shows throughout the weekend, and you can also find them as webcasts on CSPAN. ORG.

One from CSPAN and one from her website. Two different appearances. The talk she gives is basically the same but as TravisBooth says, the Q&A is the better part. Highly reccomend watching at least one of them. I think I may get her book.

I thought it was for straight men. Even with the pic a straight man can use it. I think it's something impressive to bring along for date with a lady in case things get hot and heavy!

Has anybody heard anything about Hank? It has been several years since he posted, in his own thread. I sure miss his pictures, they were some of the best. Sounded like he was having some issue, at the end. Hope everything is OK with him and he has just gone underground with his hobby. Sure hope nothing happened to him like Baldy Cruiser out in LA.

I would be weary of using one here in the states (see recent Backpage Reports regarding one Octavia Lexa).

OTOH, Baldy is not doing well. If you google his name, you can read about his situation.
Both of these guys were great photographers and generous with helpful information. They are missed.

There is an area in Hamburg where they have places like this, and strip bars and whorehouses. I'm sure you know what I'm talking about. But I was there long ago in the late 80's.
