Its been a while for me on this site I know LOL. Anyway I need an answer to a question about a few women I have seen on 10th, mostly between the burger k, and sherman. The time zone has been from summertime till now that I have seen them. Just a yes or no to this question is all I need. I travel alot, louisville is dead to me. Won't be in Indy until a few more weeks.

I, and a few others that I know of, tried to contact him but no one has gotten a response? Is he a phantom?
