Released at 2 am, in the middle of no where, no street lights, no car, no ride. My car sill at the apartment ransacked. I'm fired the next day from my 6 figure job I'd just moved to the area for, and given a court date. I lawyer up, now back in TN I take off work for 3 days to attend court. I'm offered a plea deal which everyone else is taking. I refuse, I'm not guilty of shit. They threaten to take it to trail that day, I tell them lets go. Up before the judge, the procution didn't drop the case, it was called something else, but essentially they said sicne he want play ball, we arent pursuing these charges. Lawyer tells me it over but to get out of twon, can be recharged up to one more time. Max fine of 500 max jail of 1 year, he says hes sure with me out of state 12 hours away, won't happen. 7 days later, lawyer calls says they've recharge you, word for word with the same crime. Fast forward 4 months. I take time off form work again, show up to court. The offers no plea deal this time, says I either plead guilty or he will personally see it that I serfge the one year max. GO fuck your self was my excxate words.
For the next 7 hours I sit in court while witness after winteness for the prosecution tells the smae lies as the one before them. All cops. I waqs blown away. They apartment wouldn't hold tha tmany people. They present video evidence which I know will prove my innocence as everyone will hear what is said. Well, video is all, audio not working your Honor, I'll accept it, Objection your honor, over rulled counsel. Against my attorneys advisement I accept the the dare to tell my side ofo the story, I have no problem, I tell it like it happened. I even being up being held for 2 hours in zip ties, thrown to the floor, smacked, denied representation, and threatened in the back rooom, the judges answer I swerar is You look like a big boyand no worse for tthe wear. Grow a pair. After 7 hours, the the reast. Judge tells my lawyer to present his case but be hasty about it as its getting late, My lawyer stands, and makes an objection to something. The the side get quite, the judge looks at the the, the the at the judge, my lawyer grins, Your Honor? Yes yes, just a second, 15 minut5 e recess. Jusge came back in 5 said Sire you are free to go, you are clearned of any and all charges. With that said, there is no justice in our system unless you happened to be able to lawyer up. 500 max max 1 year sentence. Cost me everything, and some. For those who would say, I'd sure their asses, Youd lose even if you could get a lawyer to accept it. My lawyer flatly refused and admitted I had a good case to prove they intentionally mean to do me harm above an beyond all because I would nt play ball, as I knew I didn't say or do anything wrong. I'm here to tell you if yopu get caust in a sting, it will no matter.

Told them I didn't want to have a phone associated and they unlocked my acct and no problems since. They say it's their method of determining 'bot accounts.
