From what I read, the John gets charged but not the prostitute. Interesting. It also looks like they are more cracking down on the Motels and Resorts that are letting it go unchecked on their properties. I didn't read anything about the AMPs, so I'm not sure how they will treat those who only offer L1 service. Anybody else want to chime in on this?

Imagine if a girl steals from you. If you catch her, she can just call the cops instead of having to give you back what she stole. Imagine if you encounter one of the psychos that we bump into from time to time in this hobby who gets pissed off because you asked for a deal. Instead of going off on you, she tells you to meet in her hotel parking lot. You're waiting for the room # and the cops pull up to question you. You're facing a FELONY, and she likely walks away. Why wouldn't she hand over all her text messages? You are a Human trafficker and she's just a poor victim.
The nuttiest thing about this is creating felons out of people that were probably productive members of society. Felons have a hard time getting jobs, and they usually get fired while facing the prosecution. They can't get or keep vocational licenses and certifications. What about a sugar daddy arrangement that ends before the woman wants it to end? Is she going to threaten you with this? Yikes.

More the reason for fellow hobbyists on here to keep each other informed, and as somebody else said, stick with the regulars as much as possible. Lead with the head that has the brain instead of the other one, and it may just get a few of the nasty ones out of 'the business. ' Caution becomes the catch word.
