I don't understand either why the forum doesn't use standard dollar amount representation like $100. Is it too obvious? This is why I sometimes resort to spelling out the entire amount.

Rochester / Troy area can be tough to find an AMP that is anything more than DIY. If you try the places east of Dequindre you can find a HE pretty easily. Sophia's and Van Dyke spa on VD near 18.5 mile rd. Or Famous on Mound or Shiatsu Well Being on Dequindre at 15 mile. All will have a decent massage too in my experience.
I have no advice/experience with the outcall providers in the area.
