They offer too many services, fake.

The ad doesn't list the city, probably fake.

If the ad says "M. A. X 80", fake.

First: Check the layout of their description. Many are insanely similar and too descriptive. Remember, these women are lazy and aren't going to put much effort into writing an ad or taking quality pictures.

Second: if her pictures don't disgust you in some sense, it's a fake (TGTBT: to good to be true).

Third: Browse other cities in the same category, chances are you see the same ads.

4th: Post history. How many posts have the made, how frequently, yada yada.

5: Google the phone number along with a certain "E" word and see what pops up.
