Annandale is always a treat
If you're looking for the P2P option without having to deal with insane negotiations or GPS, I've had that experience at Care Therapy on Braddock Rd might be a consideration. I haven't seen it reviewed for a long time, in fact they were closed down for "renovations" for some time. It's not pristine by any stretch -like Spa Sung which is just down the street, but if your looking to roll the monger dice with decent upside potential for your preference it might be worth a shot.
In my experience, P2P is probable, with a typical 40+ NoVa provider. If you don't like what you see when you walk in, or it looks like yoga pants that won't be coming off. You aren't far from some of the Annandale spots reviewed recently as well.
Good luck.
I will take Care Therapy into consideration. As always, it is also about availability. As for Spa Sung, I throughly enjoy how professional, clean, and not seedy at all. The past couple of times I have been were good. CBJ and FS were standard but the attitude started to go downhill. Not in a horrible way, it's just more business instead of really appreciating your company.
