Now is an important time to lower the rates back to the old days. With the recent sweeps and police agression, it is now a buyers market again. They need US. If I found him, I would call the cops and let him tell his story to them as they cart him off to jail.

The best thing to do is ignore him and drive off unless he has a gun. But it is always a good idea to drive a good distance a minimum of 10 blocks or more. I would drive off several miles.
