Anybody been to a spa this week
I just got back from Vegas and look on the board and not a lot is going on. Little talk about imigration law a little talk about what kind of soup is better. Has anybody been to a spa and actaully had a massage? I don't go for the soup, but I will have to ask about take out next time I go.
New Spa Legislation Unanimously Approved by City Council
The vote happens tonight to regulate the parlors it's expected to pass this could be the beginning. There are ways around it I will talk to a few of the mamas and get their opinion lot of loopholes.
Story on WKBNdotcom. Happy Mongering.
The demise of the Warren Spas 2012.
Well it passed. Unanimous. License fees go way up masseuse must have 100 hours training. Basically the board can decide what ever they want. And put it into legislation. Only one Guy stood up and complained about the prostitution on a number of streets and the crime in the city among other problems and all the board is worried aboutis businesses that pay taxes and have no record Of problems. All they will do is drive away more businesses. Suzi Kim's and. 4seasons and 76spa aren't effected. Wonder if there business will pick up or if some of the spas will relocate or just deal with it. Interesting to see what transpires.
What will transpire?
All the spas in Warren will eventually close. The will of a determined minority prevailed in this case.
You have Obama-styled community activism at work. Just like the civil rights movement in the 60's.
Did White Americans want their schools, jobs and communities integrated back then? No, but it happened.
You are looking at the same concept here.
The customers of the spa are primarily White, the workers in the spas are Asians.
Who spearheaded the attacks on the spas in Warren?
The black church groups and the neo-Communist Zionist MVOC.
Thanks to all that kept posting those wonderful "detailed" reviews of spa activies.
You did nothing but motivate the anti-spa groups to keep working to reach their goal.
Legislation Will Be In Effect In 30 Days.
Spas will have a month to comply with new laws according to WFMJdotcom. Statewide TV coverage can be found on ONNTVdotcom.

Check out the comments by the president of council stating they wanted to get a handle on clientele and the people performing what may be illegal sevices on WKBNdotcom video.

Before we all move to Thailand
Take a minute and think about this.
What does the law actually say, not rumors but what is actually in the law?
Limited hours, more training, limits to the number of AMPs allowed to get a license. I think the only thing that is really a pain is if there is actually a sign in necessary. This may not holdup in court since there is still no proof of anything illegal happening. And what is to stop up from all signing in as town council members, not like the kitchen mama can read my DL or anything.
Also, have you met the mamasans? They are pretty crafty ladies, I am sure they were aware of this and have plans in place to deal with it. With the kind of money they have available to keep their spa's open.
The Downside Of Modern Technology
Let's be honest. It's websites like this that are to blame for these new laws!
In the old days you went in, took who they gave you, got your massage, went home and kept your mouth shut.

Maybe some of the spa's would not be open so late. Maybe they have to pay more for there license, but other then that I think she was hoping it would pass so she could catch more sleep.
What the hell does a mamasan do other than act as an on site manager of employees similar to one at McDonalds. The last time I heard it was Richard Thompson who is the owner of Hot Sun Spa not the mamasan. Tokyo Spa is owned by Andrea Thompson. The last time you talked to one of the mamasans and she said it would not be an issue the legislation was not passed. Go ask her this weekend how she is going to get girls that can't read or write English to pass an American exam. In case you and your buddy from Florida are not aware of the fact Warren just elected their first black mayor ever and he took office this month. This has nothing to do with the presidential election. Yeah right have a mamasan from Korea outwit the American legal system. What kind of deal do you have with Sammy and Sun Spa? They can all get their sleep now the hours are 6am till 12 midnight.

I guess we can't be friends anymore
What the hell Frank! What do you think is going to be talked about right now. If you want to review, go ahead! Next your going to say your famous line "don't ruin my good time". Well pal, let me bring you into reality, you will read this shit for a long time to come! If you don't like the talk here, this is what you do! Log out! It cracks me up when a forum member tries to redirect the topic, it hasn't worked for you up till now and it probably never will!
Well King and Jeep I guess we are not going to be hanging out all together at the hotdog shop, Frankly if I want to listen to old women complain about new laws I will go to a tea party meeting. This forum is about people trying to find out information on the spas and the providers. When was the last time eather of you posted anything about that? I have not posted much in the past few weeks but every time I go to a spa I post a review. I guess its too much to ask that others do the same.
No Spa Reports From Jeep- Now That's Funny

He liked to travel that hershey highway back in the day but his spa reports have ended and he is on the other side now. I see the reviews you asked for are just pouring in. Time for you to head to the Hot Dog Shoppe and join your buddy who likes the dildo up the ass. Where is the king of bullshit?

Predictions From An Expert?
Still no SpAmeggedon. Councilwoman Cheryl Safford did have a committe meeting on September 13th concerning the Massage Parlor Legislation (Draft 3174 Massage Establishments). Here's the link to the story about it.
http://warrenexpressed.org/2011/09/15/massage-parlor-legislation-moves-forward-slowly/
And here is the link about what MVOC wants to have added to the legislation.
http://www.mvorganizing.org/blog/ht-saffoldmeeting
It's pretty much been tabled and with the current attention focused on the bond plan.
http://www.tribtoday.com/page/content.detail/id/561711/Homework-incomplete-for-bond-plan.html
And the proposed golf course drilling.
http://www.tribtoday.com/page/content.detail/id/561727/A-cause-for-concern-.html
So it could get sweeped underneath the carpet and be forgotten. They're not really rushing on this issue. As my mama Sammie told one of the patrons on this forum when asked about the new massage rules,"It just about changing the hours. No concern." So if mama is not worried then why should we worry? If it was so impending then why did Sun build and move across the street into their new facility?
Now the real issue is the dark and sinister forces behind the scenes of what we should call "SPA WARS". Some interesting stories will be surfacing soon about what are the real factors and / or reasons behind some of the rumors that have both been circulating through the spas and on this forum plus the real reason (s) why one of the area's top GFE "may" not "return" from vacation. Some of the stories involves wigs (which I know you'll like Spa Man 1) , a computer man, a construction worker, and maybe the reason behind the so called she male rumor started by one of the forum's finest (?). Does anyone remember that rumor?
Oh mama,"you're pushin too hard, about the things you said, You're pushin too hard every night and day, You're pushin too hard, you're pushin too hard, on me".
