Personally I think it's a bit to obvious to pull over ask a girl if she needs ride especially on main street. The best thing to do is pull over discreetly or look over and see if you get a reaction. If all else fails pull over somewhere and walk up and say hello. If she is working then she will clue you in and then do the check in your car. The cops are much more aggressive about pulling over for girls these days. The other problem is that asking girls like this will stir up the locals and bring uneeded heat on street. I traveled a lot for my company at one time and always seemed to find talent or made the call for "company" in many cities around the US. The torest areas, Orlando and Vages as examples, always seem to be more expensive for entertainment. South OBT girls are 'asking' hirer rates because there are more out of towners that are just looking to have some fun and don't know the area rates. Or just don't care what they spend. Same thing goes over in Daytona during spring break, bike week, etc.

As far as the independent / low vol girls go. Some of them have very high self esteems! I'm basing my thoughts on the idea that you want to avoid getting caught by LEO, scammed, robbed or assaulted, there is a wealth of info in those threads and they are only "locked" for posting not reading. Also read the rules for mongering on the homepage on this site, it will enlighten you.

The higher priced girls in Orlando are closer to where the tourists are. One big advantage Orlando has is more white and hispanic SW. I tend to pay a bit more than the lowest rate in the bargain areas to get better service. Decided to take a cruise on the the town Monday night, and came across some new talent north of the W-50 area. Couple of WSW-spinner types; both were 7s on the SW scale.
