Wow, that was kinda strange! While traveling out-of-state, I had an appointment for a couple of hours with a "strictly-legit" massage therapist the other day. She gave a superb massage for about the first 30 minutes or so and then started brushing up closer and closer to the danger zone again and again and again. There was a lot of drama with arguments between her and several members, and I think she was banned from the board at some point. Basically, she changed her service to no longer included happy time at the end, but continued to advertise as if she was still in the game. It's perfectly fine if a girl wants to change what she does or does not do. It happens all the time. However, she tried to gain clients by allowing them to think they would be serviced in a slightly different way, and then they were disappointed on arrival.
