Guiding the Mouse through the Maze!
Would be curious to know more. Granted these could just be the same AAMPs we all know (and I refuse to go back to) but there is something enticing about it.
Wiseass claims he knows the answer, but I don't think he does.
It's an Online Newspaper and that's an Ad Page! [red]Geez....[/red]
Try this link-> http://www.wjbusiness.com/
1. You will see 12 buttons in the middle of the screen. Wait a couple of seconds and they will change to English.
2. Select the "Boston" Button.
3. You will see a column of ?'s on the left side of the screen. Move your mouse over them and you will see the English translation.
4. Third from bottom is "Beauty". Select it.
5. Now at the top of the screen there are 5 selections.
6. Select "Massage" and you will see your mysterious page!
7. Also, if you check out the "SPA" section you will see some familiar places.
Note: The whole page does Translate using Google as you already found out!
Web Dog (Or should I say Doubting Thomas) ...It is now time for you to say... "Your Welcome!"
You are Correct, but not Underground!
Wiseass, thank you very much, albeit that was not my point. Yes I was aware wjbusiness.com is a paid/commercial site.
My point was/is this -- I have always suspected that there is an underground network of AMPs (likely AAMPs but I bet some actual AMPs) which cater to a purely Asian clientèle.
I think this list might provide part of that, in the form of providers advertising specifically to a Chinese speaking/reading audience.
Among the recognized listings (Mary's, etc) there are some pretty interesting names when translated of places with only cell phones (not landlines). May just be same old AAMPs however many of those number do not show up any where else.
When you first posted you didn't provide the above information and made it sound like some "Secret List" (or "Underground"). Hence, my response!
Obviously, this website is not "Underground" to the Asian Community only "Unknown" to Non-Asians. (Now some Non-Asians know!)
Maybe Gravelpath is right:
"I'd love for someone who knows how to use a phone to do that for me and report back. Because, you know, I'm too lazy."
Yes, There Are AMPS which cater to a purely Asian clientèle.
If you call them, someone will answer talking in Chinese and they will hang up when you start talking in English.
My suggestion to you is:
Start hanging out in Chinatown and befriend an "Asian Monger" Then he can take you on a tour of the "Super Secret List"
