I thought I posted my request several days ago but, since I can't find it, I think I clicked "preview report" instead of "upload report. " I'm getting old. Sigh. Like others, I'd like to get smooth.

Several years ago I found a chick from the Caribbean advertising 'shaves' on CL. (W. Flamingo at Torry Pines.) She was rather handy using a straight-razor. But I don't think she's around anymore. Only ads I can find nowadays offering shaves / waxing are posted by 1) a tranny and 2) some big bear-looking guy.

Its amazing how fast she gets it off your back. The quicker they do it the less it hurts. The pain is not too bad but goes away immediately. Its not like it stings for several minutes. She uses wax. There is no way I'd let any woman take a straight blade anywhere near little Zappa. The thought of it makes me cringe. I was afraid of letting her put the hot wax on my juevos so I used nair on that part. I let her wax my back, ass crack, and taint. Be careful with the nair. One time I left it on the nut sack a little too long. Big mistake. The nut sack got red swollen and sore as hell for a few days. Basically a chemical burn. When this happens the bad part is that your underwear will stick to your nut sack and you have to peel it off. Live and learn, now I use a timer and do it a few days out from the visit. You can't see a provider with a red swollen nut sack, can you? The active ingredient in nair is similiar to drano and is a caustic alkali.

The front does hurt, the balls and shaft is not too bad. What really hurts is above your ding-a-ling, that area hurts! So I just get a trim in that area nowadays!

On a personal note (for anyone who may care), I started shaving my scrotum about fifteen years ago. Went in for a vasectomy, had my balls shaved, and have been continuing the practice ever since. I have to shave every few days or the stubble becomes bothersome.

I've often thought about getting the boys waxed -- but didn't know if the service was even offered, don't know how long the effects of a waxing will last (before the stubble begins to re-grow) or, most importantly, if it would hurt like hell! Thanks for your report / reply, Ted. Anyone else have experience in this "area?

Lastly, got my hair cut by my super-talented, long-time stylist last week. In part thanks to this recent 'waxing' chat on this forum, I let her (prompted also by other stylists and customers in the salon) talk me into getting my first-ever nose wax job. I was scared! Two thoughts: 1) no pain whatsoever and 2) perhaps the best ten bucks I've ever spent!

Waxing will keep you smooth at least a couple of weeks because you are also removing the hair below the skin. It takes it out down to the root. Has anyone had experience with laser hair removal? How long does it last? If science can send a man to the moon, how come they can't come up with something to permanently remove hair?

But in my experience lasor actually hurts like hell after you're done and electrolysis hurts even worse because it zaps the hair and imagine you have like 40-100,000 hairs after I had a little area done it grew right back in within 2 weeks so to me that's the worse treatment.
