It is highly unlikely that you will succeed in negotiating a lower amount regardless of whether she is independent or with an agency. This industry is not like a flea market. The rate that you see is the rate that you get. If the rate is too steep for your budget, then continue your search for the right provider at the right price. That's the beauty of this industry. There are a ton of options. Don't waste your time and the provider's time by trying to lowball. You will already be creating an impression for yourself before you even start.

Please negotiate rates, haggle like a used car dealer, and really low ball prices with the Asian clubs on Hx, especially CaliforniaCutiesClub, and then report back here what your experience was like with the booker. I could use a rolling on the floor snot coming out my nose laughing experience after reading your future posts. You admitted that you are just getting started, and you are talking about cheaper than advertised prices with players who are far more experienced on HX than you and will wipe your face all over the floor. I have a personal favorite that started with 2, and now it is standard 1. 5. A few weeks ago, we were talking and she wanted to get together. I had seen her many times, so threw out 1, as all that I had. She said ok, and as I was leaving, she said, "Don't stay away so long. " I though great, maybe it will stay at 1 from now on.
We got together today, and the last text to me when setting up the time was, "Don't forget the extra. 5 that you owe me. " I burst out laughing, as they never forget. I was walking into a club one night in a different part of the world, when a girl came out of the club a bit drunk, fell into my arms, and looked up at me and said, "Can you take care of me tonight?" She may have had a few drinks, but not so many that she couldn't negotiate later.
