I just discussed this scammer in the CL forum

This scammer thought I was already at the so-called condo at Jacksonville beach and thought I believed we'd meet and I'd give him or her the card at that point. Of course I knew 'it' would have me come all that way first to supposedly inconvenience me then ask me for green dot card before meet so like I said I played along until the end as I had a little time to kill. Finally the true colors came through- "give me the number or information on the card before I come down to get you because I've been robbed and such so this is the only way I do it. " Then if you don't comply he or she says to forget it because I'm not changing how I do my business and no one else has a problem with how I do it but you- she says. Anyway, this was from CL and I know the scammer is on BP too. A looser for sure! I can assure you quite a few people fall for this scam!
