I knew about the occasional girl coming through there offering more but for the most part I just did 60 to the house for an hr and 40/60 tip for standard finish. Others seem to have adequately answered most of your questions. I don't have a fixed number for what what is a decent price for BBFSCIP. It just depends on how hot the girl is. I didn't mean to suggest that having her period was proof she was under 50; I would just say it is consistent with that. Taking into account the Asian Age Adjustment Factor (AAAF), where Asian women just look younger than they are, I would guestimate Amy is mid 40's and not 50's or more.
