Both may have been in their late 20's to. Mid 30's. I was told to come through the Kenwood in an hour. Right!

Even in the early morning, action appears to be picking up.

Yes you can find Samantha by Wawa on 22nd Ave and and then she starts up 28th St. You will see with a real skinny black dude she walks with or on Wizards handle bars. Welcome new guy to the board. It's literally a Crap Shoot. I try to go at different times from 1 day to the next, and I can't pinpoint the "best" time. Someone recently posted a nice map and another post a couple weeks ago pointed out that the hotels around Dennys check out is 11 am I believe, so you can catch a couple walking the side streets and on 35th way. However LEO is aware and usually 2 suvs Park in either direction from 11-12 almost everyday, because they know that's when all the cock roaches scatter.

I'm still hunting Little Jess. I forgot what she looked like but the closest I came today from 3-4 pm was white chick, with fashionably ripped bluejeans and a red top (I think) and anyway I saw her on 50th, then on 53rd. So I parked ahead of her so when she walked by I could offer her a ride, but she had her head in her phone, walking, not paying attention, so I turned around and tried again but she was in another world. I even yelled HEY DUMMY, and nothing. Maybe she was Deaf?
