It does everything you mentioned for free other than calls. You get 10 mind free but after that you have to buy more minutes. But I never ever call these hoe's anyway. Text only so this app fits all my needs.

Personally, I use a burner phone for all texts and calls. You can get one for $25/ month at WalMart by using their plan. Replace the SIM card every few months to avoid complications.

I immediately stopped using that account and deleted it (not that that helped the situation). Funny thing, I'm super protective of my real cell # simply because I value privacy and don't want any more spam calls / texts than I currently get, and upon searching, the internet had no idea about who owns my real cell number. But the GV "private" number was somehow fully compromised. I no longer use any google service for hobby activities.

I've used the Burner app for iPhone. It's $5/ month, but provides unlimited texting. Use it for this sort of situation obviously, but also good for other times when you might not want to give out your "real" number.
