So, overtime, they have drama, old EEC was broken up by someone taking a bunch girls starting their own shop, then some girls quit, worked with someone else, or moved on. After the mutiny, the remaining changed name and then closed up shop. Then rebellion soon closed out 262. Some 262 girls moved on to Angelis or elsewhere for a very short while but most are gone, at least to my knowledge. All these happened within a year. At one point, I recalled EEC has to change names and contact to CEM because TER has banned them as EEC encourage reviews with discount and this happened only because someone reported it to TER. Going on separate ways due to business disagreement is never going to work well as their main competitors CEC and Anglelis are attracting lots of business even at a much higher price tags.

EEC's original owner decided come back and re-open just a few months back, when 262 closed out. EEC and 262 are heavily discussed under BP and Escort reports sections because their young bullpen and reasonable pricing (300-350/ hr) for the more consistent supply of younger better looking girls, as compared to the high variation from BP or CL. It's not that difficult to find out 262 was gone in a recent past from old posts. Last night I went to visit a new girl with an agency I had previously had lots of success with. Was looking for some fun last night when I came across an ad for a very exotic looking girl. But I again have my eyes on other options for November, so I decided to stay put unless my plan for other crazier options do not pan out. On one hand, it appears that, unlike urban myth, girls don't have to do test-runs (or even verbal training) with EEC, which is not a bad thing. But certainly not good for client experience and not a good biz practice if they cannot effectively convey the service expectation to their girls. Even if this is a rare event and most EEC girls are great, this is still a quality control issue.

The big selling point with this agency is that they get lots of "new talent". In reality, these girls have no history or reviews, so you never know what you are going to get. Plus, they only stay in town one day, so there is no incentive for them to deliver good service. The whole operation sounds like a scam. If a girl lives in the area, she will probably want to build a client base so she has incentive tol deliver good service. XO girls travel, but you can search their reviews, even if it was in another city. In the past few years, even as they have gone through their changes (ownership, shutting down and reopening, 226, etc), I have met some real gems with their agency. In fact, their appeal to me has always been the fresh new faces. In my first year of being a client of theirs, I once met a girl that was visiting for out east (Ohio I believe). Well she failed to alert the agency that her monthly flow had appeared. In fact, she didn't tell me until we were well into the session. A complete and total bummer. As I was walking out of the hotel after the session, the owner reached out to me. He asked if everything was okay; I explained exactly what happened. Now usually when I get burned, that's it. I'm never coming back. Well the previous owner made it right immediately. He told me that he was sorry and as a courtesy, my next session with any girl would be free. That had me sold and they quickly became my favorite and go to agency (even over LT and I have been going there since 2012).

I haven't visited them as much in the past 6 months, mainly because of the many changes and wanting to let the "dust" settle first. The other night was my first appointment in a long time. Well that effort on their part has me sold again as to why they have been my go to agency. This is the fourth time in my hobbying career where an agency (or indie) has tried to make things right for a previous mishap. And this is an action that I have the utmost respect for. As a client, this shows me that you truly value my business and shows that you respect that it's clients like myself that help keep you in business. With that being said, I felt obligated to post this after yesterday's review. In fact, I already have my choice as to who I'd like to use my credit with. I tip my hat to EEC once again for showing that they truly care about their clients. As they explained, their #1 perk of hiring fresh new girls can have it's ups and downs. Unfortunately, I experienced one of the downs the other night, but yesterday they made everything right. This is why EEC will remain one of my ATF agencies in the area. I will continue to give them my stamp of approval. Kudos to you EEC.

Angelis have many experienced girls who switch from other agencies or from BP or independent operations. CEC also got mostly new faces, but they charge $100 $200 more. In hindsight, CEC do have lower turn over of its bullpen. I've been happy with both CEC and EEC, and I rooted for EEC' because competition is healthy.

XOCampanion is really something else at the whole different level, clients can find out COF / CIM / GREEK / COUPLE availability like a breeze in the format of upcharge menu. But hey, they also almost always offer some discount for reviews or just promoting new girls, which can offset the upcharge mostly. I do wish CEC and EEC can be like that. Like anyone willing to spend more than $200/ hr on the girl, the reason is we want 'sure thing' on appearance and service.

We are like the ARMY and run a tight outfit. If we have models that are being irresponsible we warn them and then we fire them very quickly. We try to sav'e our clients from dealing with the drama. So we wee'd out the problems very quickly. Hence the short amount of time models stay with our agenc'y.

90% of them were fired if you do not see them on our website any longer. That is how we handle quality control. Few meet our high standards. We give them a chanc'e and if they are not fit for our agenc'y they are fired.

Our models are all new to this industry and that is how we are able to give you that fresh raw experience that is like no other. If you want to have appointments with worn out strippers/escorts/hustlers that are "pros" then we are not for you.

Most of the Chicago agencies hir'e the leftovers that we toss out for unprofessional behavior. The funny thing is once they have been fired they usually behave well in their 2nd or 3rd agenc'y. Sometimes it takes losing their jo'b to serve as a wake up call and only then do they understand that their actions have financial consequences. So they stay with those agencies a bit longer until that agenc'y also fires them, or they quit in search for greener pastures. This is why models who come from EEC are prized by the local competiti'on. They have been taught how to be professional and punctual and usually end up being better workers once they have been scolded and fired once already.

Our website is always updated and models that no longer work for us are removed. Sometimes even before they realize they have been fired. Many clients and hobbyists can't understand our high turn over rate. Also clients think models stay with other agencies for a long time but in reality they don't. Angeli's Angels (KellyCooperGFE) for example always tries to poach our models offering promises they can't deliver. They have many girls listed on their website but only have 3 or 4 that really work there anymore.



75% of Angeli's Angels are our former workers. Girls that have quit working for AA's complain that their photos are not being removed from AA's website once they quit, which is true. You can find our former workers at the most popular Chicago agencies. Always listed at higher prices. CEC for example is owned by a former client of ours who teamed up with a former office manager Andra. When they first opened 90% of their models were our former staff. They were and are still listed at higher prices. Most of those ladies listed on the website do not work them anymore as well.



We offer the lo'west prices in Chicago for the highest quality models we can find. Nobody delivers this type of value. Yes you can find amazing touring models that are Russian but they are not new and quite frankly well seasoned pros. That is not what we want to offer. We think its great that models come and go and new introductions can be made. With this business model we do run into models that can't meet our standards. When we hear that a client has a bad experience then we always try to make it right. Either by offering a discount or credit and sometimes even a full refund!



Reviews. Don't believe the hype. The owner of Angeli's Angels has over 10 TER accounts and writes fake reviews hyping up his girls. When we first opened EEC the owner reached out to us pretending to be Kelly Cooper and wanted to borrow our models and gives us a cut. He said TER clients are willing to pay more and he can give us a portion. He said he has over 10 TER accounts and can write excellent detailed reviews on TER where the best clients are. We declined that offer which infuriated him. The CEC owner was mentored by Andra and the owner of Angeli's Angels. They are in close cooperation. So you can see on TER that profiles who write reviews for one agenc'y often write reviews for the other. Both are hyped up. Most of the Chicago agencies hir'e the leftovers that we toss out for unprofessional behavior. The funny thing is once they have been fired they usually behave well in their 2nd or 3rd agenc'y. Sometimes it takes losing their jo'b to serve as a wake up call and only then do they understand that their actions have financial consequences. So they stay with those agencies a bit longer until that agenc'y also fires them, or they quit in search for greener pastures. This is why models who come from EEC are prized by the local competiti'on. They have been taught how to be professional and punctual and usually end up being better workers once they have been scolded and fired once already.

Our website is always updated and models that no longer work for us are removed. Sometimes even before they realize they have been fired. Many clients and hobbyists can't understand our high turn over rate. Also clients think models stay with other agencies for a long time but in reality they don't. Angeli's Angels (KellyCooperGFE) for example always tries to poach our models offering promises they can't deliver. They have many girls listed on their website but only have 3 or 4 that really work there anymore.



75% of Angeli's Angels are our former workers. Girls that have quit working for AA's complain that their photos are not being removed from AA's website once they quit, which is true. You can find our former workers at the most popular Chicago agencies. Always listed at higher prices. CEC for example is owned by a former client of ours who teamed up with a former office manager Andra. When they first opened 90% of their models were our former staff. They were and are still listed at higher prices. Most of those ladies listed on the website do not work them anymore as well.



We offer the lo'west prices in Chicago for the highest quality models we can find. Nobody delivers this type of value. Yes you can find amazing touring models that are Russian but they are not new and quite frankly well seasoned pros. That is not what we want to offer. We think its great that models come and go and new introductions can be made. With this business model we do run into models that can't meet our standards. When we hear that a client has a bad experience then we always try to make it right. Either by offering a discount or credit and sometimes even a full refund!



Reviews. Don't believe the hype. The owner of Angeli's Angels has over 10 TER accounts and writes fake reviews hyping up his girls. When we first opened EEC the owner reached out to us pretending to be Kelly Cooper and wanted to borrow our models and gives us a cut. He said TER clients are willing to pay more and he can give us a portion. He said he has over 10 TER accounts and can write excellent detailed reviews on TER where the best clients are. We declined that offer which infuriated him. The CEC owner was mentored by Andra and the owner of Angeli's Angels. They are in close cooperation. So you can see on TER that profiles who write reviews for one agenc'y often write reviews for the other. Both are hyped up. Basically the info you provide shows up to the admin via an email anyway. The form just makes sure you provide them with the necessary info. If you're unwilling to provide certain things, just fill in gibberish or a 888 area code phone number. Some forms reject if they're not in the proper format, but there are ways around that. Either way, they're getting your info stored somewhere.

Long time monger in need of suggestions for dealing with XO. About a year and a half ago, I had an awesome dream with Lili, a thin, blonde Russian provider. She had a very friendly demeanor and provided the usual XO services, BBBJ, cim, cfs, multiple poses and very GFE. Overall, she was a very lovely girl and though I prefer providers who are on the thicker side, I was early pleased with Lili and would repeat. Where things went South with XO was with another provider that is no longer with them. I can't remember her name, however, I left a review on the oThER site.
