WL has good freeway access, but it only has one motel which is kind of old and divey and I think mostly serves truckers from US-23. Also, WL is not a big enough town to provide anonymity of movement.
You are probably right that there are at least a small number of UTRs working the trailer parks there, but we will never hear about them.
