Next time this happens tell the women to cell her friend to move and come back later at the end of the time you booked. Make sure you hear her tell the friend the time to return and it's the time you booked.
Walking out and telling him that is just as bad for the neighbors to see as letting him sit there.
Of course, if you give her the money first, she walks out to tell him to move, she'll get in and be gone.

Of course explicit text will cause some guys to click away. They figure it is hard to deny the obvious when they have responded to an ad with text like that.
But consider the board where the text appears is a P4P board. Any guy going to a P4P board is looking for P4P and has shown his cards the minute he makes contact. So while I understand the extra fear caused by explicit text, I don't think it matters when it is on a P4P board.
Now a guy surfing a traditional dating site would not be showing his cards as a P4P guy merely by surfing there, not until he responds to explicit language.
