Sure you can be arrested, but.
Does anyone know the law? If I go to see a provider and I believe her to be a cop or working with police, can I be arrested just for showing up? Is it legal to have the girl strip? Is it only illegal if the girl touches or if you ask for sex?
Thanks
The charge may not stick as long as you don't mention specific activities in the email or on the phone.
You will have to endure the embarrassment and any other complications like missing work if you need.
To be bailed out.
The laws do vary and usually the guys are only targeted in an escort sting (as opposed to a massage / dance sting)
If LE pops a provider and then uses her phone or email to nail her clients as they show up at her incall. The
Important thing here is that you don't use an easy to trace email addy or your regular phone so that you can at.
Least claim that you knocked on the wrong door.
Outcall stings against clients are not the usual practice since it puts the decoy at risk much the same as a decoy SW.
Doesn't get into a monger's car.
Cases against providers are easier to make since it can be shown that they're been running ads, etc which is.
The reason why the ladies obscure their faces (and any tats since those can also be used for I'd) and use burn.
Phones that they can get rid of easily.
Do you think this is possible?
I was down in Greensboro NC and for a small city there is a lot of activity on backpage. I got a motel room right off of I-40. Much to my initial delight I saw several different girls going in and out of there rooms when I got settled in my room. Had a real good view of the parking lot and a lot of the rooms. Started looking on BP and was screening phone #s when I noticed a cop driving around in an old Jeep in the parking lot. Keep an eye on him for almost 3 hours. He talked to some of the girls that had rooms there. Got out of his car and went in to different rooms. I don't believe this was a sting but I was not brave enough to find out. Never saw anyone getting arrested or even hassled. I believe he may have been there pimp or maybe protection. Ended up going to a MP. Do cops regularly do this kind of thing?
One less resource but not a huge loss considering.
