Many have had the experience that they are 1) trying to recruit patrons to their clubs or 2) deluded about the sort of $ available, distorted by horny patrons they usually see. IDK anything 'about this particular one, but I'd fear GPS.

That is not what I was addressing though, I was answering the OP's question as to whether she is "for real". My vote is that she is for real. But expensive.

However, there are the white knights that apparently use this to report back to ladies for their own 'benefits'. I was close to scheduling a meetup but that got canceled because someone from this forum told her about my about my post etc. I guess we all have our motives.
