First, thanks for all the tips on this site. I now know that last year I was paying way too much for PPMs. I think $250/300 for multi-hour dates are the accepted norm here. But I'm still trying to understand what a good monthly arrangement is. Is it in the neighborhood of $2000 with 6 or 8 visits per month? Thanks.

After Valerie took donation, menu dried up immediately, knock on door a few minutes later. Wouldn't give back donation.

Lesson learned: never give donation first.
