Has anyone heard of this girl off of Hillsborough and Nebraska area?

Years ago in St Pete on 4th Street PoPo did exactly that. Used a busted SW as a decoy that is. I watched it as I ate lunch thru the window. I knew the girl and watched the poor monger get cuff links and his car immediately towed and she went back to trolling. Never seen it again though. Ajdal out
Cooperating, perhaps. "working with", no possible way.
No way in hell the police would use a 19 year old junkie as a decoy. Too much legal liability if something goes wrong, and would set them up for getting sued if she said the wrong things in the process.
As proof, there are no busts today.
Could never establish exactly how this was done, or whether the girl was actually in on the deal or they just used her as the means of catching guys.
Regardless, if you always follow the 22 rules, your likelihood of getting caught is greatly minimized. And in this particular case, even though it was odd and appeared somehow there might be a connection, there was nobody busted yesterday.
Kinda day! CiCi early this morning and Heaven this afternoon. Lacey is a f'in waste of time so glad I had a backup plan. Heaven wasn't as good as the 1st encounter. She was dope sick, still a decent date. CiCi took place at her motel and Heaven was a car date.
Ran into this WSW early Sat. Pm Around Busch and 41 she said her name was Abby but heard her talking on her phone.
Which she was using several names I didn't really care besides I was only looking for a quick head bobbing.
Which she needs to have a couple of her teeth ground down because they got in the way of getting some decent head.
Normally I won't go to a SW room unless I've seen them before but I went anyway she let me take her pic but wouldn't.
Give her number out. I'd repeat if there wasn't anyone else available at the time, she was wanting 50 we went with 40.
Allison sweet girl and easy going to follow directions.
I been trying for a couple of weeks to set up something with her until she call me last night and finally got her.
Thank you to my monger friend! Old man!
To give me the connection.
Greetings! While on my delivery route yesterday I saw a possibly hispanic or light skinned black female, tatted up midget on Nebraska 3 or 4 blocks south of MLK. I passed her and made eye contact and looked like she was working. I spent the next few minutes delivering then passed her again and made eye contact again. If I wasn't in a delivery van I would have stopped and talked to her. Anyone know if she's a SW?
On my way to grab some takeout along Nebraska Friday evening, I noticed a nicely put together girl and thought I would offer her a ride, being the gentleman I am. I stopped a block ahead, and she walked right to me and jumped in. Curves in all the right places, wearing makeup, probably late 30's but still attractive. She said her name was Rachel, and she was staying nearby. Alarm bells should have rang, but I didn't recognize her. Yet.
She said that she LIVES at the Lamplight, and she certainly does! Very nicely arranged with lots of her own personal touches. She never asked about what she needed, and I was only looking for a pipe cleaning and. Then it all came back. RAYCHEL, not Rachel. I swore her off 4 or 5 years ago because of her GP attitude, and didn't recognize her because she is now thicker, although in all the right places. She tried to quickly bob for my apple but since it took more than 2 or 3 minutes, immediately whined and complained. She seemed to think that she expected to see Benjamin Franklin instead of Andrew Jackson and a few other loose friends. So, I got up and quickly dressed and left (I did offer to take her back to where she was but she declined). While Mr. Happy was UNhappy, I was glad to see her go.
RAYCHEL. No thanks! (Pic was from better times).

It's also common for the arresting agency to tell the girl they won't file charges if they "cooperate". Liability is actually a lot lower than you might think, they are coerced into signing waivers and since they aren't employees, they aren't liable for injury or mishaps. An actual LEO decoy getting injured will cost LEO a lot more money overall. Besides, most of these workers wouldn't even know how to call a lawyer outside of jail, and olare more worried about getting their next candy fix than suing anyone.
Worst part is that they will often get into the car, and that's all uncle LEO needs to see to make a stop. Will the charges stick? Not if you have a good lawyer, but that's not what they're after. People will see your name and know that they are making busts, noone ever bothers to follow up. No skin off of their backs.
Long story short, there are no guarantees in this game and we all know it. Of course do the LEO check and follow the rules, but know that the risks are always there.
Just my. 02.

Just my. 02.
I have seen on this forum (in other cities) some not-so-bright guys giving advice to be evasive with police when stopped, or refusing to answer questions except say somethings to the effect of needing a lawyer, or "I am in my right to not answer". This is stupid, IMHO. I have mongered for over 30 years all over the country, and have been stopped countless times, cuffed and searched, interrogated apart from a date I picked up, you name it. I have not, however, ever been arrested. Most police are just doing their jobs, and the last thing they want to do is deal with an evasive dickhead. They don't even need a reason to haul you off and book you, they can always cite suspicion of a crime. (ask any black person about this) It is very unlikely the charge will stick, but you will have to deal with bail, towing charges, etc.
We all hear on the news about black males getting pulled over in nice neighborhoods at night. What you don't hear on the news is that I have been pulled over countless times for being white in a bad neighborhood. (Twice, when I ask the officer what I am being pulled over for, they have said "you are an old white guy in a bad neighborhood late at night, I know you are up to no good". (I have never had this kind of thing happen in Tampa.) You should always have some good stories saved up just in case you are pulled over. For example, when cruising late at night in Detroit or Columbus OH, I have told police that I am a real estate investor from out of town that specializes in flipping abandos, and I am looking at how bad the neighborhood is late at night. Or that I have a cousin that is on drugs and up to no good, and I am helping my Aunt find my cousin as she was last seen in this area. (don't forget to have a good name, just name your actual cousin!) I even told this one to an officer after I picked up a walker, was pulled over and separated from the girl, told the policeman that story, that I picked up the girl to see if she has seen my cousin. (I told that story to the SW as we were getting pulled over and she laughed that it was a great story) Funny side note, one time I told the policeman my real cousins name, he went and checked the name and told me she was in jail!
You know that they won't believe you, but if you are on record of having that story and they haul you off anyway, they could get in trouble for arresting someone with no reason.

You are correct, she has lived there for like 2 years, and her room is decorated with beads and wall hangings all over the room, candles, you name it. She was quite nice with me, my only gripe with her are rules, all covered services.
She must get a lot of guys turn her down. A couple weeks ago I stopped for her off Nebraska late at night, when she came to the window I saw it was her, and politely said I was not interested. She started yelling at me "then why did you stop, asshole!

I don't go south of MLK much, but more times than not when I do, I see her a couple blocks south of MLK on Nebraska. About a year ago she was hanging in Nowatney too, but haven't seen her there for quite awhile.
