I seriously doubt that we ever see a lot of SW's like we saw before. There will always be some SW's around simply due to large population of the LA / OC area. Essentially most of the west coast has slowed down a lot. SD is fairly dead these days. Seattle has slowed a lot as well. Portland seems to have some good SW's. I believe SF / Oakland is still good. It's hard to tell since we rarely see any reports. This is really strange since there was a lot of posts on te Redbook before it was shut down. One would think they knew about this site and would post here. But the really big mystery is why the east coast is so much better. ?

Vegas is still pretty good. It can be quiet sometimes, and sometimes the cops are out and making their presence known, but it's rare that they do a major round-up. They know that part of tourists coming to Vegas is playing with the girls, and the last thing they want is to burn any tourist dollars coming their way. Money is hard to come by these days, and you have to make allowances in some areas sometimes. I wish LA understood that. No cops to respond to trouble calls, but plenty out there handing out shitty tickets or rounding up hookers.

I've visited and drove from South LA to downtown (Fig & Broadway) & back over a dozen times while visiting down there mostly in day but sometimes at night to avoid freeway traffic most of the time. Quality is non-existent.
I continue to be amazed how lame Socal has become the past few years. BSW's do not interest me. So that rules out 99% of the SW's out there. I usually consider it as 2 section. 1st is from 109th to Central Blvd. And 2nd from Central to MLK Blvd.
Usually activity start around 3 to 4 am. Till early morning, then 11 am till 1 pm, or 2 pm till 4 pm all depends on day, very random. Hit or miss.

I have heard a few girls tell me that they were wrapping up the street life because they were moving in with someone. It is rare that I've had a street girl at my house, and that is only after many encounters and feeling VERY comfortable with them.

Yes 80's and early 90's were amazing. One could cruise anytime and find a hot SW with little or problems with LE. It would was not uncommon to see 15 or 20 SW's on ECB in SD. There was one time when I with my family we drove past this one intersection where there was 3 or 4 hot WSW's.

At clubs, if you had some grass, a trade was easy. Those days are long gone.
Sunset was easy, 30 to 50 girls all the time, 6 am to 3 am. You could cruise the motel parking lots, their doors would be open.
Hey guys, so I just had a scary experience for the first time and I want to ask some questions. I picked up a girl on the Sepulveda track and made the mistake of picking her up on the main drag (I think we were both pretty inexperienced) She got in, did LE check, I turned some corners while she rubbed my spot and got to what I thought was a pretty secluded shady corner. We make the exchange, the pants come down, rubber goes on and so does her mouth. Suddenly in my rear view I see an unmarked white van pull a you-turn and come towards us. I get her to pop up, pull my pants up, and I slowly drive out of the spot. I make a few turns, driving slowly and legally, and the van keeps following, way behind us but clearly making all the same turns. I start freaking out. I eventually pull back to the main drag and into a public store parking lot. The van follows. We both go into the store. She calls somebody to come pick her up. I go to the bathroom for about 20 minutes, when I come out I get in my car and drive off. I'm home now.
So my questions are: this was definitely LE, right? Can they do anything now or did I truly get out of it? I can assume they have some pictures of her getting in my car and us getting out of the car, so they also have my car info. Will they track me down? Can they? Is it worth their time, and did I give them anything to pursue? I half expected cruisers parked outside my house when I got home. They're not there. But still. My heart is still racing. Never again. Seriously, this scared me enough to be done with SWs, so is this the kind of thing where they took down my information and if I went back they'd bust me? Is that information available to the public? Thanks guys. I know this kind of thing has probably been posted before I just have trouble searching the threads.

Second, my real advice to you would be to NEVER car date, especially not in the SFV because there are cameras everywhere, get a room and take the time to enjoy the experience.
That was a nice move, going to a store and waiting them out, however, if they were really LE and they really wanted to fuck with you, they would have just called for a black and white squad car to sit on your vehicle until you returned to it.
IMHO, no they weren't definitely LE. It could have been her "managers" waiting to rob you when you were involved with her. I have had this unpleasant experience but not during the daytime, you didn't really specify what time of day or night this happened. If they were undercover LE, they would have stopped you and made something of it. It wouldn't matter to them that it was in a public parking lot, in fact making an example of you in front of spectators would be a great experience for you.
I think that you missed out on being robbed, but otherwise I think you don't have to worry about LE showing up on your doorstep.
If it were LE, more than likely your plates are now in a data base. You may not be aware, LE can access this info in the near future in real time, if they scan your plates in a known track, thus giving them probable cause for a " stop".
Take M's advice on this. Don't car date.

LE can stop and harass you anytime they want. This does not give them probable cause for a arrest. A cop pulled me over years ago because I was driving around. My license plate is in the system in SD because when they gave me a ticket they asked if was looking for SW's. If you cruise often enough you plate will be in their system.

I keep saying it and saying it: Stake holders (home owners) are serious about moving the SW off SB, and LE, along with NW, is listening and responding.
