If they're not around they are likely having lunch in someone's car already or around the area within a block or 2. They can't stay in one place very long or on the same block without the locals reporting them. Many of them would love to hook up with only a phone call. So, ask for their number and use it when it's dry out there. For everyone you see on the street there are 10 you could call.

She took to me one of those dumpy apartment buildings just off of Broadway, down to a basement, and we went for it. Hit SBW, Grand and Bates on 1st lap and saw nothing. Not even LEO was out. Had biz that direction so did that and came back for another lap. They have you fill out a card and weather you're paying with cash or not they have never checked my I. D. There is a section on the card to put your license plate number. Again, feel free to put whatever you want. They won't check it. I believe it is $30 for 2 hours or $50 for the night. I haven't been in about a year.
