It's super competitive out there in the segment I had a chance to participate in. My friend said the agencies we were using cater to "business men". I am not a business man LOL.
My best piece of advice is to go with a Korean friend or make one who's already into the hobby out there. My friend is Korean, in his early 30's, and makes a really good income. He set up everything. I was out there for a few weeks and was mongering 4-5 times a week a combination of incall and outcall appointments. Age range for providers were 20-28 was the oldest I saw. The 28 year old looked 21 so I was shocked when she told me she was 28. The most surprising thing was a good amount of them spoke English (obviously not fluent) but enough to communicate.
