I saw a WSW blonde, petite, and wearing a dress with pink & black strips. She was on Cassell over by the blue house that's all boarded up, and it was around 7:30 pm. Another girl came from the house across the road, and joined her. Brunette, short shorts. Both looked strung out on something. Anybody have any idea who they are?

Trying to stay away from SouthSide. No phone right now but she's trying to change that. Good news is EVERYTHING is on the table and was definitely coherent and put together tonight. Don't know who the hell I picked up near green and English st but after seeing a few old photos from Logan I would make an educated guess that it was her who I picked up.
