Saw it myself. Way back when at Lux. I brought my own, and she rinsed it out afterwards and put it under the sink. I understand that most don't like lube on a condom when they BJ, so they usually take a tissue and wipe it off prior to going down. However, I have seen several times at different places them rinse out my condom and save it. Just saying. One time, I brought my own and she took it, but didn't use. The Chinese places that I have received FS, they would never even keep a rubber on the premises. You always have to bring your own, which I would always do anyway. One Chinese place that I was going to, there was a therapist that was giving BJ's and she was going through 100 yards of saran wrap a day. They would never have rubbers in the spa. SaintChuck.

I suspect that some K girls in the area decided that pre-rinsing condoms gets the taste off, then there was a progression (and maybe a condom shortage) that led to rinsing and reusing. Then the idea spread.

If there is a cultural connection I think that it's merely that Chinese girls are better trained and want to be taken more seriously as professionals, therefore FS is rare. More often, K girls seem to me to be in it for the money and some have lower standards and will reuse. The moral of the story is Bring Your Own. I had some free time, saw a new place in D. P. on oakton, west of river, went for the half hour, $35/ door fee. Mostly a foot spa, but 2 private rooms in back.
