For instance, West LA Div, West Valley and Devonshire Division are not known to be hot bed SW locs, however they target more of craigslist hookers and also set up stings on johns.
Places like Central, Rampart, Newton, 77th, Southeast, Harbor division are more active with SWs hence they target this facet of victimless crime.
I have worked patrol and also an 18 month tour in vice...i won't say what division. The LAPD limits it's officers (Police officer III) to stay in vice for only 18 months. They believe more than that can set the stage for corruption. Vice cops can get extended a DP or two if necessary.

I see so many people get pulled over by LAPD and they cops ask if they can search the vehicle and the drivers says yes. I us e to love this game because I had no PC to do this but if the driver gives you permission than anything is game with what you find.
