I know what GFE represents and I even know what it is suposed to be and what some providers call GFE and that others provide it differently but what is PSE?
I know what the letters represent but what are the actions and how is it different than GFE?
Is it worth paying extra? Is it more intimate? More natural? Without latex?
Please educate me as to what I should expect from a PSE provider and what I should the accept from a provider claiming to be but no providing.

Greek is usually a PSE thing. I think anything you see on the internet that you can't talk your girlfriend into, or something she isn't enthusiastic about, falls into PSE. Some say PSE is BB but I don't think so. I think it is just crazy uninhibited stuff ranging from BBBJCIM, watersports, tantric to covered greek and other languages. ALL WITH ENTHUSIASM!
A good GFE should make you feel like you are with a girlfriend. There should be affection and connection. This may be 100% safe or not but it should always be intimate and personal. You shouldn't feel like just another client with a good GFE.
A good PSE should make you feel like a rock star on tour. An experience you won't forget, ever.
As always, you may take your own definitions but those are mine. Fortunately, I know where to go for either.

For most it is just another bogus acronym the girls are using to get guys to read their ads.
It does not matter what you, I or anyone else thinks the GFE or PSE means. It matters what the provider thinks it means and what it defines.
I had one tell me while I thought PSE was a porn star experience, she was Providing Safe Encounters/Environment.
Most do not know what we think is included in GFE and advertise as such and they do not care because they repeatedly say "No Kissing, no daty" etc. They won't do certain positions etc.
For me a PSE should include a BBBJ, Multiples, and COB/COF. Not every porn star does greek so that is always on a provider by provider basis.
GFE for me, FK or DFK, BJ (CBJ OR BBBJ), DATY, various positions, no rush session, and muliples if 1hr or longer session.
But utlimately you need to get the provider to define it before you pay for your session.
As you mention, I think is the fact; it does not matter what we think a PSA is but what they, at the time of encounter determine it to be.
I know your definition for GFE was what I think as well but I have had many, who if that is what they are as a girlfriend, have no worry about their boyfriends finding out what they do because they would not have a boyfriend.
PSE is a newer come on and I am sure they are playing it the same.

I've had good experience with the Vienna place that I've mentioned before so I took the plunge and rolled the dice. Got Sue who basically has bolt ons and felt like rolling around with hard rubber. Nice exp. They advertise strictly on BP and CL. Seniors PM.
Met Ibee a couple days ago in Vienna. Called for Happy or Pink but they seemed to have moved on. :(
Ibee is a petite little spinner, more Thai like than Korean in appearance with a natural set of small but well nippled breasts . Her personality was very sweet and attentive. She had nice flexibility and positioning skills making for a pleasant morning treatment. The only negative I came away with, (if of any interest to readers), was her sensitivity levels are very high for daty.
