I think it's important that when someone asks about a referral that any help is better than none.
I've had times in my life where all I could do were incalls, car dates, or renting a room for a hour. My post wasn't about means, though. It was about safety.
I'd contend that doing a car date or renting a room puts me more in control than an incall. Yes, bad things can still happen in these environments, but intend to be more in control.
