If for any reason, look for them to leave businesses alone for a while. Remember, the cities are losing tax base too and there will be other businesses that just don't open up after this in over. Cities need tax revenue. The ones that are grandfathered in, like to 2 you mentioned will probably never close. Like Kims in Madison Heights. Its almost impossible to set up shop in MH, yet Kims has been there for almost 30 years. They were grandfathered in under different laws.
