Jack- there is no kiddie porn on the site. There are no offers of prostitution on site. There is no money exchange for sex on the site. If people on this site could be prosecuted merely for talking about sex, the whole country would be in trouble. Could I be arrested for talking about Tim McVeigh and the Federal Building bombings? Suppose I wanted to start a discussion of the assassination of JFK- could I be arrested for wanting to shoot the President? The thing to be aware of on this site is giving away too much information, making it easy for Leo to actually catch someone doing it. Actually, there isn't too much info on this site Leo doesn't already know. He knows where the girls are and what motels cater mostly to paid sex. I know what you're worried about. If a guy says he had such and such a girl and paid her such and such, could he be prosecuted- is it an admission of guilt? Suppose a guy bragged about something on this site. Hhe gets arrested by Leo, who tracks his address. Then when he is being questioned, he denies it, saying he was merely bragging to get attention. What would be the evidence for the cops? Do they then hit the streets and look for the girl and DNA test her? Personally, I think it's pretty far-fetched right now. But who knows? With cameras everywhere, listening devices and citizens encouraged to spy on each other by the government, who knows just how far the government will go to take away our freedoms. Maybe it will be like the novel. 1984, where everyone spies on each other, and you could be arrested for even having dirty thoughts without saying anything.

May I also add, what legal reason would Leo be using to track people's email accounts? How about warrants? If what you say is legal (any lawyers out there?) I'm going righ to my congressman. What's to keep Leo from making up reasons to track your online activitiy and see info he is not entitled to?

I'm finally posting this a few weeks after it happened. Needless to say it has had me pretty shaken up. I was in the process of putting my clothes back on after an encounter with my favorite massage friend when my cell phone rang. I looked at it. Saw it was the wife. Hit the silence button. Then dropped it back into my pants pocket. I didn't think anything about it till about 3 minutes later when I pulled the phone out of my pocket and realized instead of silencing it I had accidentally answered the fucking thing! Argh! And of course my wife was still on the line saying "Hello?" Fortunately she didn't hear anything that gave away who I was with. But she heard enough strange conversation that I faced a major interrogation session later that night. In the brief time it took to press one wrong button I nearly fucked myself royally. I'm so careful about deleting emails, calls, texts, etc etc. I got a little relaxed though and nearly got busted. It's a good reminder that you can never be too careful about anything. Hope nobody else has to experience that.

I always try to remember to leave my cell in the car whenever I am napping. I am sorry your heart stopped and had to live the 40 questions evening but thank you for comfirming one can never be too careful.

That's just straight up insane! Glad you made it out alive. I had a similar experience not with the phone but with the computer and leaving up my email (then falling asleep). Ofcourse I used on this board the same stupid "handle" that I use on just about everything and got the interrogation of a lifetime. I erased everything that was even remotely related to anything and left the hobby for a good 3 months to let things smooth over without even a hint of anything. Period!

Once I felt the coast was clear, I swore I'd never use the same anything for anything related to the hobby. Got a different phone (stays at work most of the time off), a new handle on the board, new email addresses, a new bank account, a po box. The works.

Jesus, if I only put this much effort into my career, I'd be a millionaire by now (well. Middle class because most of my $$$ would go to providers! Hahahaha)
