Has anyone tried out the Cubii elliptical machine, or know someone who does?
My doctor told me that I need to do 30 minutes of cardio, 5 days a week. I can't walk or go to a treadmill that many times, but if I had a Cubii at home, I could easily do it 6 days a week.
I could work on my computer, and peddle for 30 minutes easily. Or, sit on the couch and peddle.
Sounds worthwhile for $300, especially if it helps my health.

I have not used one of these devices, but have you considered walking at different periods of the day? This isn't the reply for which you were asking, but some things to consider -.
Break walking up into blocks. I often walk right out of bed in the morning. Gives me about 3,000 steps to start it off. I go out again around noon and maybe once again in the afternoon or in the evening after I finish my gym training. All told I get about 12,000-15,000 steps every day or more by doing it that way (I also get steps while in the gym, so that's part of the total). Each block takes roughly about 15 minutes, not really that long when you think about it. The reason as to why you might put more consideration into this is because when you walk you're working all of the muscle groups which were created to help you, well, walk. It will give balance. It also does boost your lungs as well. I would absolutely ask your doctor of PT about this, my very strong assumption is that he or she will prefer that you actually walk. I've been doing a lot of pretty active and heavy athletic training for years, it's something which i'm very much into, and have a sports PT whom I see every month. He always tells me that walking is really the perfect activity for humans, good for recovery after a high-energy day or even for it's own benefit whenever i'm unable to train.
This all assumes, of course, that you are able to actually walk. You didn't really say as much in your post, so of course I'm making some assumptions here.

I went to a massage location in Lakewood around 9 pm (they closed around 10). Did a hh with he. Got home and realized I did not have my wallet on me. Searched my truck quickly (had taken it out of my pocket to go to a drive thru ATM). Frantically drive back to the location; they were now closed. I dialed the number and pounded on the windows simultaneously. No answer. I decided to walk back to where I had parked for my appointment and noticed something laying on the ground. Thank fuck it was my wallet. Only in the right light would have someone been able to see it in the dark in the parking lot (wallet is dark gray / black). Also 2 other folks were hanging out in the parking lot and left, and thankfully they never saw it. I don't know if I lost it on the way out of the truck into the session, or on the way out of the session into the truck. I usually keep the money I'm willing to spend for the session outside of my wallet, so I don't have to dig thru it and risk something falling out of it, and keep the cash usually in my hoodie pocket for easy transactions in case funds are required up front. I throw my keys, phone, wallet into it along with my piece and go inside. It's worth the investment. I also installed a battery disconnect so even if you break in you can't hotwire / key my truck. Keyless entry was also the best thing to have if you've got a ford.

Since it's Friday I thought I'd end the week with a true story regarding an experience I had with a provider sometime around 2007 or so.
