Though I've never gotten a deal quite as sweet as that I have had some pretty good ones. You are spot on about being respectful, playing it cool and carrying yourself well. The only thing I would ad to that is have good hygiene. These few things can definitely make the difference between a not so good session and a great session.

I hope that's not the case. That woman gave an incredible massage. Well worth the trip. I'm not looking for FS from some old woman in sweatpants.
